Cancelled my order without any communication or reason as to why. Even after I emailed for a response…. Nothing! Terrible service.

I placed an order on 29 December, payment has been taken yet tracking since 30 December simply says 'processing in progress'. I have contacted Minerva 3 times in the last week to enquire about a possible delivery date but no-one has yet come back to me. When will I receive my order?

They replied to let me know the element was back in stock

Produce required was hard to find but Minerva had it in stock.
Straightforward buying process and quick delivery. Painless.

Confusing pricing, gave the impression delivery was free, but only if you collect, so no need to mention free delivery if you are collecting

I needed a replacement glass inner for my cooker I sent the model number and was sent a link to the bit I needed ordered it everything OK with that except it isn't for my model cooker and doesn't fit now stuck with a glass inner and 67 quid less money have emailed re this and heard nothing back

Tory, was very helpful and went that extra mile he sent me the links for the parts that I needed. This helped me identify the correct parts without second guessing. As i struggled to navigate on the minvera parts website. My oven/grill is up an running now!! Great work!!

I fitted it as soon as it arrived.
Oven is 100% again.
I know where to go now should I need another part for it.

Very quick to respond with what I asked for delivery was really quick. can't fault that at all😊

The cooker oven door hinge was the right size.fitted ok.but I had to use the old screws from my old hinge to fit it as I never received any screws with it.

Easy service to use. Reasonable price but disappointed that the only method of delivery was dpd which itself was over £8.00 which i thought excessive for such a light item. A royal mail tracked option would have been appreciated.

Took a while to answer but came back after a couple of days. Sorted out a new handle, price reasonable but delivery was over £8 which I thought expensive, but they had what I needed couldn't get it anywhere else.
