Item worked great twice.
Since then I have contacted their support multiple times and I am just ghosted
This is clearly a Chinese company that hopes you will just go away and has no customer support.

They will ask you to start taking the item apart and test with multi-meters. I am not a qualified electrician.

They refuse to replace the item

Like many reviews I am sure I will get the standard reply (like others) that they will be contacting me but I just wish I had read more of these reviews first and avoided the company.

Backed the project at Indiegogo . Never heard anything back or received anything . Company does not replying on the emails but people who paid after me got the product . It seems not trustworthy and high risk

Ordered my machine 2 years ago . After 86 emails ( yes this is a true number ) and it will be sent next time but nothing yet and also refusal for refund I can just say I lost my money ans time which is even worse from losing only my
Money . I am initiating now a small claims court against them . Even if the product is good the customer service and intention is really anti consumer . Stay away !

Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. I cannot speak more highly of their customer service and care, and the quality of the machine is unmatched. It does a fantastic job cleaning my dishes!

It is a compact and convenient solution for my kitchen. Despite its size, it cleans dishes effectively, handling everyday plates, glasses, and cutlery with ease. The wash cycles are simple to use, and setup is straightforward. It runs quietly and uses less water than hand washing, practical and efficient. Overall, it’s a reliable and space-saving dishwasher that delivers good performance for its size.

After moving into a small apartment with no built‑in dishwasher, this countertop unit has truly been a lifesaver. It’s incredibly convenient, fits perfectly in my limited space, and has easily become one of my best purchases so far.

Had some issues with the machine randomly turning off, contacted loch who gave me a quick fix to try that unfortunately did not work. They reached back out to me to ask for an update and on hearing it still wasn't working they sent out some replacement parts that have completely fixed my issues.

Ordering was easy, the product shipped immediately, and arrived undamaged. The product itself, the Capsule mini dishwasher is exactly what we needed. We live off-grid so power consumption is an important factor. Our kitchen is also very small and we struggled to find an appliance that could physically fit. The Loch Capsule ticked all our boxes and it works very well. The shortest run cycle (15 min) allows us to run several batches of dishes easily.

The dishwasher was delivered quickly and set up took me just a couple minutes. I'm in love! I'm not allowed to use the hot water where I live until late in the afternoon so getting the dishes done for my family of 4 was a bit of a nightmare, especially with me working a very physically demanding job all day. With this dishwasher, I'm able to use cold water in the tank and I've finally caught up on the dish nightmare in just a single weekend! I love how fast yet effective the cycles are too, this is a great investment.

We were worried about running costs since we use it daily but our electricity bill has stayed pretty much the same. Pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is.

I’ve had my Loch Capsule 1 for 4 years now. It’s worked wonderfully in my RV, making camping trips so much more pleasant. I recently had a problem with an additional rack I’d ordered and reached out to support to resolve the issue. They responded within hours, and a few days later I received a shipping notice.

I hope my Loch Capsule 1 lasts for many more years, but when the time comes to replace it I’ll be back for a Loch Capsule 2!

Moving houses every year made installing a full dishwasher impossible, but the Capsule has been the perfect "plug and play" solution with no plumbing or fuss required. It is small but mighty, fitting easily into any new space while remaining the most reliable appliance I’ve owned. Also a smooth transaction

Works great and gets dishes clean. Love that dishes can get clean.in 15 minutes and that i.don't have to hook it up to a water source since it has a water tank. Item was also packaged very well so nothing was broken during delivery.

I received the Capsule dishwasher as a Christmas gift, and except for very large pots and baking sheets, I haven’t washed a dish since then! Everything comes out sparkling clean. The product is awesome. And communication has always been prompt, friendly, and genuine! No form letters or robotic responses. Thank you! I wish you much well-deserved success!

We love our capsule dishwasher. Our dishes are cleaned and dried in the most efficient manner. Loch has made good on their promise to provide me with a free shelf so that I can clean silverware above the dishes. This company is as awesome as their products.

Two days after the unit arrived, it was knocked off the counter. Then when it was picked up, it was placed on a hot stove burner.
I contacted customer service and we had many back-and-forth discussions about how to remedy the issue of a non-usable unit.
After taking the door apart, I was able to determine that the only thing broken was the inner door assembly.
I was able to purchase the door assembly and a new bottom piece.

I recently experienced an E4 fault on my dishwasher and contacted customer support for assistance. From the beginning, the team was responsive and helpful in guiding me through the initial troubleshooting steps.

Although I wasn’t comfortable carrying out more technical checks myself, they were understanding and took it in house to diagnose further. The issue was diagnosed properly and the machine was repaired, and it has since been working as it should.

I appreciated their patience and willingness to help resolve the fault rather than dismissing the issue. Overall, a positive experience and I’m pleased with the outcome.

Here’s to many more clean dishes

I'm an international customer who purchased the Loch Capsule 2 through the Kickstarter for the Solo. When I reported a technical issue, Loch opened a ticket for me right away and asked for all of the relevant information to help instead of piecemeal going back-and-forth. They shipped out new components at no cost after diagnosis and sent video guides on how to replace them. When I had a question during the process, the customer service department made sure to get the correct answer from the engineering team (it had to do with wire colors being different based on region, I believe).

As for the machine itself, it has been a huge quality of life improvement for my family. We were washing dishes by hand out of necessity. The Capsule 2 fit right where our drying rack was, so it didn't even disrupt the counterspace much. Not only is it great for dishwashing, but the fruit wash function is handy, too. I use it for the vegetables I'll put into whatever I'm making (just make sure you rub dirt off of root vegetables in the sink instead). I use the intake box instead of hooking it into my sink, but let it drain to the sink drain. It's lovely to be able to run the dishwasher and still have water pressure.

Overall, I'm very happy!

Honestly didnt think this would fit in my studio flat but its perfect. sits right next to the sink and i can still chop veg on the counter. been using it 2 weeks now and the dishes come out way cleaner than when i did them by hand. customer service were nice when i messaged them. would defo recommend if youre in a small place like me
