An excellent company to deal with.
I phoned up re a part for my oven. The person I spoke to identified the part. I paid with my card and it was delivered the next day. Perfect. The person was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I wish all companies were as efficient as Minerva. Thankyou

Poor Poor Poor
For the second time you have sent me the incorrect sized replacement cooker knob. I explained I need a replacement one diameter 56mms the ones I have received were both 48mms & don't fit. I emailed someone called Troy in your customer services. He hasn't had the courtesy to reply. Poor service all round. And anyway does anyone actually read these?

I hope you are doing well. I understand your frustration, and I want to assure you that we always aim for the best possible turnaround times. When we pass on enquiries to the factories, it can sometimes take a little while for them to respond.
Looking at the timeline, I can see there was a delay in the factory’s response to your enquiry, and I genuinely wish we could have provided a quicker reply. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any details on a part we have no information on until we have received the information from our suppliers, which is beyond our control.
As an online retailer, we do not have a phone line to keep our costs down, but we are always happy to assist via email.
If you are looking for alternatives, feel free to check out Connect, Maddock, or Qualtex – though I should mention that none of them carry the genuine spare you purchased from us.

Review: 1 Star (If I Could, I’d Give 0 Stars)
I recently had a terrible experience with this company. Despite providing the exact series and model number for my product, they managed to send me the wrong part. When I reached out to request a return and a full refund, I received no response whatsoever.
To make matters worse, their website doesn’t even have a return page, which makes it clear that they have no intention of processing returns or caring for their customers. It feels like a one-way street with them—money goes in, but it never comes out.
I strongly advise avoiding this website at all costs. Their lack of customer service and refusal to address issues is unacceptable. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

You ordered a grill pan insert, which was clearly shown with photos and measurements on our website. It appears there was a misunderstanding about what part you actually needed, as we do not show an oven shelf as part of the grill pan insert description. If you had reached out to our team for clarification, we would have been more than happy to assist in ensuring you received the correct part.
We processed and shipped your order on the same day via next-day DPD delivery. There was no issue raised with the part until a week later, when we received a request for a refund in a very rude email in tandem with this review. In that email, you also requested that we pay for the return shipping of an item that was correctly ordered based on your specifications.

We stand by our return process, and once the part is returned, a refund will be issued.

Very helpful with my order even changing the part colour in the morning of despatch when I remarked I had really wanted a black part which was out of stock so ordered white. The black part came in the day before despatch and they changed it for me. All working fine

Only having next day delivery for £10 as the only delivery option is insane, I didn't need the part particularly quickly and would have happily had second class cheaper postage.
