I can’t speak to the ending of my process with them but to me getting started is usually the hardest part. And as far as getting started they make it so easy and everything is very user friendly including the opening application.

I set up a phone call after they tried to reach out, they were quickly available with a variety of times. My intake worker was polite and easy to talk to. She was thorough and up front in explaining their process and I felt that nothing was hidden and I didn’t have a single question by the time we were done.

You really have nothing to lose if you have a genuine claim and find it hard to work on government forms. They don’t charge you and only get paid if you get paid. I can’t recommend them enough.

Mindset helped with the burden of filing for social security disability. I was so confused and it felt like the paperwork was endless. I felt comfortable that mindset wasn’t stealing my information. I’m so glad they are helping me navigate through my case.
