Mindset has the most caring and empathetic staff I have made contact with along my experiences in my difficult health journey expanding most of my life, I’m 44. I have had lots of interactions and questions and conversations along my somewhat mostly difficult experiences. My Dr, Dr. Mijatovic has treated me just as well, as well as Mend Psyc and Soujourners counseling. Mindset genuinely cares and are there to really help you, especially if you’ve nearly given up finding help.

Amazing staff! Never felt rushed by my intake person Charlene. She throughly went through all of my medical problems, procedures, doctors and medications. The stress that was lifted after beginning to work with this company was almost instant. Thay genuinely seem to care for their clients.

My consultant who took my information was so amazing. He didn’t rush me let me explain all of my conditions. Walked through each and every medication, doctor and procedure. I’m very hopeful mindset will be able to help me through this long process.

My case manager Tammy was incredibly kind and helpful, and has made the SSDI process far more manageable start-to-finish. My claim was approved without the need for appeal in just over 3 months, which I 100% could not have achieved on my own. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and thorough --- a lawyer probably would've been less helpful, if anything. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, in my book.

So far so good, but I just started with them. The lady that helped me fill out the paperwork was phenomenal, this is the second week waiting for my attorney to call but hopefully it will be soon and I hope they're better then the last people who destroyed my hearing for SSDI

Ok, first off...let me tell yall that this was like my 3rd or 4th time applying for disability over a 10 year period and I had other lawyers in the past and was denied. That being said...The staff at mindset made this time around SO easy and stress free. They gathered all of my paperwork and medical records for me, handled communications well, and IMMEDIATELY appealed for me when the denial came through. Danae, my caseworker, kept me in the loop and was very kind and easy to talk to. It took about 18 months total to reach a judge, and when I did, my lawyer, Oliver, gave an opening statement that I couldn't have written better myself. I almost couldn't think of anything more that I wanted to say to the judge. Lol. Less than a month later, I sit here with a FULLY FAVORABLE decision that I should have gotten YEARS ago, if my other lawyers had done half the job that Mindset did. I have ALREADY recommended them to others online in my nextdoor community seeking ssi help, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks. 100% couldn't be happier.

Miss Chelsea was AWESOME and very easy to talk to .She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.

The representative was empathetic to my needs, patient, and answered all my questions.

She was patient friendly, and she explained why I should trust Mindset. So I’m switching from Morgan and Morgan. 1 big reason Morgan and Morgan does not communicate with me.

The Mindset team & in particular my Case Manager Danae were absolutely amazing. Also, while I only worked with her for a brief moment, my Lawyer Laci was incredible. Patient, detailed, & actually took the time to make sure I understood everything I had questions about.

Absolutely incredible! Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable and a great resource for anyone who needs advocacy when having to navigate SSA in my experience and I'm sure are just as beneficial in numerous other government agencies that are a little intimidating going in all on your own.
