I was paired with a wonderful agent, Ms. Desiree. What was inviting for me was that she was initially personable, which made me feel comfortable and felt like she wasnt just someone "doing their job" but someone who wanted to help get me to the right place of assistance. Ms. Desiree was very transparent about the process and even about how the experience with her was going to proceed. I was asked how I prefered confirmation on the information that she provided me and she definitely rendered the services as promised. Overall, my experience with Mindset thusfar has set my anxieties towards this process at ease by pairing me with a great agent to conduct a well done intake/application procedure.

Without the help of Melissa and the team there's no way I would have ever reached an approval after 3 years after multiple denials, appeals, reviews, and rereciews, difficult documentations, etc. I am grateful to have contacted and worked with Mindset and would highly recommend this to anyone applying, realistically.

Strongly recommend Mindset who just helped my child to process the SSA Hearing and get disability benefits. In the past 6 months (the hearing was postponed 4 months), the case manager keep closed communication with us to collect all supportive proof information. The assigned attorney is very professional to operate during the hearing event. Strong and nice support!
