Attention to detail and making the process easier.

Mindset was great and made me feel comfortable while going through the initial application process. I applied with them and got a phone call the next day. I was immediately approved to move forward with a case manager and attorney. No out of pocket anything. I just began the process but have no doubts I'm in good hands with them.

After speaking with the rep I felt so at ease. Finally having help and support I needed. It's nice to know that you have a team on your side to help you accomplish the goal at hand and to be able to do it correctly. I worried constantly that I was going to miss something or do something wrong because of unfamiliar territory. Thank you for having this available to the people who don't have the means to do it on their own. Also I would like to add that the nice lady I spoke with today was very helpful and kind. She deserves to be recognized!! Thanks again

Charlene was extremely nice informative. Was always there for me. Nicest place I have had to deal with. They are willing to help and listen. I would recommend them to anyone that needed help. Charlene was great. Hope my next person I deal with is just as nice.

It was fast and easy. The woman who helped me was fantastic! And reached back out to me in no time! This was an excellent experience.

She listened to us. Sympathized with us showed she cared.she was very acknowledge. Made the intake super easy!! Would definitely recommend them to others with disabilities! ❤️

They are very polite and understanding. They are nice and take time to listen to you. The lady I talked to helped me and was very understanding and made the process a lot smoother than some other places I had tried to talk with.

My experience yesterday with Mindset was absolutely the best! They tended to my need professional and got my claim for for disability filed in less than an hour. The representative was far beyond my expectation!
