I had my interview with Mindset today and it was so nice to have the help I needed to get my application done in an appropriate timely manner. They asked all the questions necessary and helped me find the right words so there wasn’t any struggle. The last thing I need in my life is more struggle and Mindset understands this. Thank you so much for making this process smooth and simple for me to do when everything in my life is a struggle.

Easy to work with and very understanding

Esy was great in helping file a claim for disability. She was very helpful, and answered any questions I had.

MindSet kept me fully up-to-date with the full process of the disability system. Nathalie, my attorney was incredibly professional and we managed to win my case! All of the caseworkers during the process are who kept me informed of the process. Kadence contacted me to make sure I had gotten the letter of a favorable decision today. (Dates of experience aren't quite accurate, it's been a few years)

All my questions were answered! And she made me feel really good about this process!!

I had great care so far on the onboarding

Mindset Cares truly does care about their clients. They worked really hard to get me approved for my SSI. I heard from my case manger today that I have been approved and I'll be getting a letter from the judge any day now! This couldn't come at a better time since I have to move out soon. I appreciate everyone that worked hard for me to get approved at Mindset Cares and I highly recommend them to everyone I know and don't know! Thank you all for your support I truly truly appreciate you all!

I was speaking with Esy one of the representatives and she made me fell validated and heard. She had high quality patience and understanding. For first impressions she made an excellent lasting impression. I feel for the first time someone has seen how severe my condition affects my life. I finished the call feeling hopeful and happy to be represented by such kind people. Thank you so much for just acknowledging and validating me I'm truly greatful.

They are very knowledgeable and they helped me every step of the way they never failed to return my call or answer my text. And I got approved I WON MY CASE. THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.
