The customer service team was amazing

Pretty easy to use. All I did was text them when and where I received care and they did the rest to keep SSA updated. They could be slow to respond which got frustrating... but they definitely did a lot of the heavy lifting. I kept getting denied until they took my case. Trust the process! It's slow going, but worth it. If they were just a bit more prompt to respond to me about questions it'd be 5 stars.

The Mindset team understood my anxiety about the process. My lawyer thoroughly went over example questions with me that I would potentially be asked during my hearing. Though I was nervous, I felt as prepared as I could be. They made sure to get every bit of documentation to help my case. After being denied Disability multiple times in the past, I was finally approved, with their help.

My case manager kelli wilbourn was amazing through the entire process. She always stayed in contact with me and let me know the status of my case and kept my records complete and up to date and my lawyer Vinson Osman was extremely knowledgeable and gave me great representation. After 3 years of dealing with my case I hired them and finally got approved. Communication and representation were 5 star. I always got a response in most cases within a hour of messaging them but always within 24 hours. My lawyer was well prepared at my hearing and well prepared me prior to my hearing. The mindset app was also easy to use and navigate. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great representation for the social security process.
