The representative I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful.

Easy application process. Not too sure how comfortable i feel about the only way of reaching someone in the company (at least at this point.. im not sure how the meathod of contact will be once im finally assigned a case manager..) is through going to the company’s online portal and requesting a call back that way or leaving a message with your concerns through their message portal. I dont necessarily have warm fuzzies about when i need to talk to a person i will be able to talk to a person right then… but i guess the overall picture is someone will be able to get a hold of me once i address my concern through their portal. And if i think about it nothing is really ever that dire of a concern that you must speak to someone that very moment because the wheels of social security move so slow anyways. But thats the only concern i had was being able to talk to someone in the event that i needed to that very moment. Other that that the seem to be a great company. They appear theyre going to fight my appeal very aggressively and they have me confidence that they really believe in my disability. Its always hard to relinquish your power over the steering wheel of your life and passing it on to someone else. You have to have full confidence that the person taking the wheel knows who you are…. What direction i in life youre going and what your goals are. And it would appear so far they are someone i can trust behind the wheel. We’ll have to see what the outcome of the appeal is but after speaking to them i have full confidence i entrusted the right people to take over my steering wheel.

After going through 2 different disability firms, dealing with a HIPPA violation and negligence, Mindset Care has been a complete and total blessing. Kaitlyn is my angel and hero. Mindset Care got right down to business and got things moving at an astounding speed! I have total faith in Mindset Care, and I can finally breathe a little. Caring, supportive, and quick responses to my questions and concerns has been a light at the end of my tunnel. I recommend Mindset Care to anyone who values integrity, honesty, and genuine client care and concern.

The perosn handling my case was very helpful always keept me in the loop on what was going on always answered any questions or concerns I may have had the service was great id give them 10 strs if i could thank yall so much for calls help I was about to give up on it till I found yall you guys have been great thank you for your service to helping people like me get my disability

You guys were always respectful and responding quickly to me. You guys fault for me to get my disability and made sure I won.

So far the process has been very smooth. My intake specialist was very kind and understanding. She also was very personable!

My lawyer nathalie martelly was amazing not only was she thorow,she made me feel comfortable.And explained the process to me in a way that I can understand.I thank her and mindset for a wonderful experience.

Throughout my entire experience the good people at Mindset never let me feel alone. They were always available to answer all of my questions. They stuck with me through hard times and all the way to a favorable decision which my family desperately needs! Great company!! Highly recommend!!

Mindset was very helpful and patient with me I didn't know how to get started on my applications but I was helped with every step of it and I appreciate that they helped me with everything and explained the process to me on what to expect

The people at Mindset are great. They put us at ease from the beginning. We had been turned down by everyone else and I had given up hope at finding help for my son. I had been trying to get through the process by myself and I quickly found myself over my head. I can never thank them enough for what they have done.

I worked with Esy for the initial application. I cannot praise her enough. She was very polite, patient and professional. She followed up with me and answered every question I had. She thoroughly explained all the next steps and provided the contact number. I am very satisfied with the initial process.
