Do not waste your time with these scammers. They claimed that my application had been accepted and that they would be representing me in my SSDI claim. I had spent hours over several days just in their lengthy application and weeks getting them the documents they requested. But after receiving the call that I didn’t need to worry about anything because they would now be representing me, I felt a sigh of relief and had high hopes. Then, out of nowhere and for no stated reason, I received a call telling me that they wouldn’t be able to represent me after all. The Intake Specialist just kept saying “I’m not sure why…I don’t know what the reason is…but we won’t be representing you after all.” I felt completely crushed and deflated. That’s really terrible to do to someone who is already struggling and losing all hope. So, for anyone considering Mindset Care…don’t waste your time, because they definitely DON’T CARE!!!

My Intake Phone Interview went exceptionally well. Mrs. Desiree Rodriguez was very helpful and patient with me and with all the documents that was needed for my case file. I really appreciate how she made all the information clear and easy to understand for me.

Working with my attorney Nathalie Martelly Blagman was the best decision I ever made. It was a LONG 2 and a half year battle but she NEVER gave up!! She went above and beyond. I got approved for both SSDI and SSI and let me tell you, I cried so hard with her on the phone after my final judge date. She was extremely professional, always answered my emails/phone calls, always called to check in and let me know whats going on and took care of everything when it came to documents, paperwork, medical records etc.
