I have nothing but a great review for this company . I will say it’s not an overnight process but just be patient . Big shoutout to Jada who is very efficient and stays on top of everything . If anyone would ask I would tell them to call you guys to help with a Disabilty claim .

My intake specialist, Sherief, was as knowledgeable and as professional as could be. Her tone and manner were friendly, warm and reassuring. There was no muddle of typical mix-ups, and everything went smoothly. Best experience I have had with a social security SSI disability advocate organization.

Everyone at Mindset were truly helpful and caring. I always felt heard and I have really bad anxiety but they made the process easy and I appreciate all of these incredible people. Bria was my intake specialist and she is a very caring person. They won and I'm going to be getting SSI and SSDI! Im forever grateful for each and every one of them. Another thing that was important to me was that they always got back to me fast and the mindset app has all of your information and is easy to follow. Also they included soooooooo much information for my hearing. I had thousands of pages of records and they made sure they included EVERYTHING. I first applied for disability in 2024 and got it in 2026 which is actually pretty good! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! They'll make sure you get what you deserve!

Helped me get my benefits in a reasonable time, Emily was super helpful and supportive. At first, I had a case manager that was foreign, I had trouble communicating with her but she was also very kind and supportive. Emily was awesome!

The representative that contacted me was so perfect in her job she made everything understandable and she was patient and understanding, she took the time to answer my questions and listen to my issues, she made me feel like a person and that was important, I recommend this company to anyone seeking help on this area, I hope the lady that spoke to me will continue to o connect anytime I need questions answered and if not I know this company will provide the same customer representative satisfaction.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with this group. Everyone was super helpful and polite. They kept in contact and followed up on everything without me having to worry about constantly following up with court and ssi. They did it all for us which made my hectic lifestyle an easy process and with there help my family received a favorable agreement. I worked with different people through out the process but I really appreciate the help from Pedro and Alex. I will always be super grateful for there help.

The only thing I didn't like is the changes of a case manager

Natile was the most righteous and understanding lawyer I could have asked for. I never felt judged because of my disability.. And Her assistant Emily always was punctual and respectful returned all my calls and answered any questions day or night.. These two women are amazing and were send from up above. Thank you ladies

I had a great experience.
The only hiccup I had was my first hearing being cancelled two days before the hearing so I had to wait 4 more months for a new date.
My lawyer was also very professional. As soon as he was assigned to my case, he called to talk about expectations and we went over some test questions.
He also made the process smooth especially during the hearing.
Jade was very knowledgeable and very timely in replying and and was very positive which helped me immensely through the process.She was very professional at being personal. I would definitely recommend people to use this program

Being laid off just to be replaced by AI is just unethical and inhumane.

I was laid off with absolutely no prior notice. This company claims to care about its people, yet I was called into a meeting with one of the executives and HR and I was told that, effective immediately, I was being terminated because my entire department was being transitioned to AI. They told me, word for word, “It had nothing to do with your performance.” Immediately after the meeting, I was locked out of my work computer— I wasn’t even able to say goodbye to my teammates.

I didn’t do anything wrong.

I put a tremendous amount of effort and energy into my job because I genuinely cared about the people I was helping. I took pride in my work. I wanted to make a difference. And in one meeting, that was taken away from me without warning.

How is this okay?

When they decided to eliminate my position, they weren’t just getting rid of an employee. They were taking away the hope, energy, motivation, and livelihood of a HUMAN BEING who showed up every day and genuinely cared about doing a good job.

The company claims its values are empathy, compassion, and earnestness. My experience showed me none of those things. Instead, I experienced what felt like corporate greed at the expense of real people.

Executives will continue living their lives while an entire group of hardworking people is left to figure out what comes next.

If you still work for this company, I would strongly encourage you to think about your own job security and keep your options open. If they can eliminate an entire department overnight, none of us should assume our positions are untouchable.

And if you’re thinking of supporting this company, shame on you. As you’re supporting a company who doesn’t care about its people and definitely doesn’t care about you, the client.

I am truly grateful for the help and support I received throughout my SSI and SSDI case. This process was long, stressful, and at times very overwhelming, but having a case manager who stayed supportive and helped me navigate everything made such a difference.

I especially appreciate the communication, patience, and guidance I received throughout my case. I felt like my situation was taken seriously, and I never felt like I was completely alone in the process.

After everything I went through, receiving my fully favorable decision was an emotional and life-changing moment for me. I am so thankful for everyone who worked on my case and helped me get to this point.

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and for helping me through one of the most difficult seasons of my life. I truly appreciate you! ❤️🙏🏾
