I too ordered two pairs of jeans and while they are the soft jeans they are too small and too short. I have tried calling but the number is disconnected. I have sent an email as detailed in their return policy but have not received a response back. They only give 14 days. I feel as though I have been scammed and will not get my money back. DO NOT order from this company!!

If I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would. Do not use this company. Shipping took weeks, and then the two items I received were incorrect and YOU CANNOT RETURN - they simply ignore your emails. Save your money. Do not buy from this company. The sweatpants jeans were not sweatpants - just cheap nasty denim. The low rise stripe jeans were massive and high waisted.

I placed an order for Mila Rosabella sweatpants jeans. Their website claimed that orders were delivered in 5 to 7 business days. My order took 17 days to arrive. After 14 days, I sent an email to customer service for which I never received a reply. Today I received my order after 17 days and it’s not what I ordered. I ordered sweatpants jeans and I got regular jeans. I immediately went to their website to find a phone number to call customer service. The only problem is, the number that they post on their website is no longer in service. Since I haven’t received a response to a customer support email before and now I have no phone number to contact. I’m very angry about the whole thing. I purchased these because one of my favorite influencers was recommending them. I am going to make sure that they know that what they are recommending is potentially fraudulent. I send an email to their customer support again this evening and I’m demanding a full refund without any fees for them to give me my cash back because they didn’t deliver what I ordered, and it was outside of the bounds of what their service delivery model states please don’t waste your money and don’t order from this company.

I wish I could give a review with zero stars! The jeans I got are not as advertised. They are way too small, but also way too long (even though they are supposed to be ankle length). I have attempted to get in touch with them 4 times (by email, since that's the ONLY way---phone # has been disconnected). No response

Just received the 2 pair of Jean sweatpants I ordered and they are the wrong size, have emailed them at support@ 2 times now and no response from them. Quality is very poor for the amount of money paid. Found a phone number but has been disconnected. Would think twice about ordering this product or from this company

Do NOT buy from this company. The products are not at all as described and they claim to have a return policy but that is non existent. The phone number has been disconnected. This is a scam!

Horrible experience. Jean sweatpants look like cheap junk! Fit is way off what they stated like not even close. Truly a bait and switch tactic. Once you finally get your trash they will not respond to your emails requesting to return. Curious —but not they offer no phone number. I’m filing a fraudulent purchase with my credit card. This company should be out of business everything the report as great product and customer service not true. To make it worse their product wasn’t cheap in cost—just their quality

This company is a scam! I ordered blindly off FB (shame on me) I ordered a pair of sweatpant jeans.
What arrived in a package with a second party label from Chicago IL (looks someone's home with a name, Abby Adkins, and what appears as a residential address) and this label was applied over another original shipping label. Mmm...
Opened it and inside were a pair of regular jeans (no label to speak of) NOT sweatpant jeans! In fact I couldn't even get these over my hips and I'm a size small.
I hunted for return info, and then discovered the ONLY phone number anywhere on their website is now disconnected. I wrote an email to their "customer support". Crickets!
I went back to my credit card company and made a claim. It wasn't until then that someone reached out via email.
I explained that I wanted a refund and asked where I could send these crap jeans back on their nickel, not mine. I didn't hear back from them until the cc company actually pulled their payment back. Then they "suggested" we work this out. I repeated myself from the first time as apparently they didn't hear me. I've yet to hear back from them, and then I got a letter from my Amex card stating they will re-charge me as they provided them a statement they never knew anything about this. Furthermore they stated I signed for the package!! Liars!!! I am going back to Amex with hard proof on what I've told them, and I'm sure they will credit me back again. DO NOT ORDER from these guys unless you want to donate your money. It's these scammers that should be banned forever from any social media advertising.

Horrible company! Scammers and thieves! Have been trying to refund/return a pair of their horrible jeans for 3 months. They should all be in jail/prison!

They claim that you can email them for a return. I have. Three times. No response. Phone number is disconnected. Product does not fit at all.

I order two tops ,ones with built in bras, and they were NOT anything like the picture or videos of these garments that they show in their advertisements. The body of the shirt is 13 inches long so they are really "belly" shirts If you look at the website video these tops have generous material with a longer length. I have sent numerous emails and haven't heard back from them. Please beware of this company.

Dont waste your money, I ordered "sweat pant jeans" and received cheap thin denim jeans. I've tried multiple times to contact them via email, phone(# is disconnected). I had to dispute the charge on my credit card.

I have been dealing with company and their representative Jessica, since September 6, 2025 the day I received my 2 pair of jeans I ordered. When I opened the packages, I was shocked by the lack of quality and the material. I immediately reached out to there customer support to request a refund, i followed the process outlined in their website, several days passed before I got any ewsponse, which now is asking for pictures of the packaging, labels and on the jeans themselves. I took all the picture's they requested and set it to them. Again several days passed before any response was received. When I did they were asking for order number. Over time...several more day passed, I received an email asking I would like a store credit or afull refund. I responded that I waned a full refund. Once again several days went by and I received a response stating they will send a shipping label to return the jeans. It has not been over 10 days and no label is received either by email or usps. I reached out to asked about status of the label, and getting no response at all. Note that now more 45 days has passed since I started this return, remember there website stated 14 days for return. The back and forth emails cons7askimg for more information . All I can say AVOID COMPANY AT ALL COST! I feel at this time they are a scam. make jump through hoops when requesting a refund. This is not the picture of a reputable company!

I ordered the sweat pants jeans but I wish I had looked a little deeper into the reviews. The jeans took forever to arrive (because they came from China) but when they finally did arrive the fit was off. I immediately emailed @MilaRosabella to initiate the return and after 3 days they have not responded to any of my emails or tags. There is no phone number on line so it's impossible to reach them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not order from this company. Not only to the products not look like the pictures. I returned my items and never got my refund. It has been over three months and they keep telling me that it was processed.

Scam. They sent the pants. They were junk. Sizing is small. They responded in email a couple of times and said they would refund, but gave no instructions to send them back. I would gladly have paid my own postage to send them back and to be fully refunded. They have not responded for over a month. I was scammed.

I ordered the sweatpants jeans by mistake and immediately emailed them to cancel the order. No response. Tried a phone number and it was disconnected. I read some reviews and knew I was screwed. 3 weeks later I got the jeans which are nothing like the Pic. The material is very cheap and thin. I just tried emailing them today and the email on their return website was returned to me as undeliverable at that email address. I tried several more times.
This is a SCAM. Do NOT order from this company.
