I wish I read all the reviews first. These jeans look NOTHING like what is advertised. They are printed on terrible fabric. And the sizing is way off. I have tried to return which NO ONE will respond. Absolutely a SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER!!!

The quality and sizing is awful. They are not soft. I wear a size 8 pants and the XL (which I ordered for my mom who wears a 14) hardly fit me. I contacted the company and asked about returning the product. I got conflicting answers from different representatives. Finally they stated that their warehouse was not accepting returns and to keep the product that they would refund me the money. They did not and I have sent several emails asking about it and get "we are sorry your credit will show up in 8 to 10 business days" which it has not. I have been going back and forth for about 2 months and now it is too late to dispute the charge (I have 60 days). Not a reputable company.

I ordered these alleged sweatpants that are supposed to look like jeans they look like pure trash! Very fake looking fake looking stamped on pockets they run small not true to size after checking into it I realized no refunds only in exchange. I will never order anything from this company again and it took weeks before I received it must be coming from China I don't know but they're definitely nothing like what they show in the picture and the advertisement they should be banned from all social media! Buyer beware!!

Scam company…. Should have dug further into their reputation. Now I will be fighting for a refund like everyone else on here.

If I could give a zero, I would actually if I could give a negative I would . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Their products are terrible. I ordered a pair of their jeans. They look nothing like on the website. I immediately reached out to them to return and they have ignored multiple multiple emails. I’m reporting them to my credit card company. Please help put this company out of business because they are a total scam.

the fit, the service, the protracted wait to receive the delivery. its all bad! I have these jeans in the same style and should have gotten them from rag & bone. They make the original style of these jeans in good quality with correct sizing. The pockets aren't lined with cheap nylon that come on these dupes. not worth a dime!!

I received my order and requested that I exchange for a different size I never received a answer from the support center I’m very disappointed in how they handled my order I’ll not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone bad customer service

Same thing, I wait several weeks for poor quality what they call jeans! The website said easy returns it's not existent the customer service number is out of order. Don't waste your time or money! Terrible customer service!

I wanted to give an update on an order and return. Order for sweatpant jeans was placed on 8/25, the items were received on 9/18. Quality and size were unacceptable. After several attempts to get return authorization I finally had communication with customer service. They refunded my purchase on 10/08. So keep being persistant, they will contact you. Definitely not Amazon!

This company sent a Terrible substandard screen printed product made from cheap shiny fabric and the fir was awful. I have reached out more than 3 times to rerun the product which is well within my right within 15 days but they will not respond.

These Jean sweatpants are JUNK. Look absolutely nothing like the pictures! And it took forever to get them. Do not order!

Do not buy from this store — it’s a scam. If the product you receive doesn’t meet your expectations, the size doesn’t fit, or you simply want to return it, you’ll ask for a return label and they will never reply. I personally made a purchase and sent over 8 emails without ever receiving a response. Meanwhile, they keep sending promotional emails, probably just to let the return period expire and avoid issuing refunds. Terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend this store.

No compren en esta tienda, es una estafa. Si el producto que recibes no cumple con tus expectativas, la talla no te queda bien o simplemente deseas devolverlo, pides una etiqueta de devolución y nunca te responden. En mi caso, realicé una compra y envié más de 8 correos electrónicos sin obtener respuesta alguna. Sin embargo, siguen enviando publicidad constantemente, probablemente para que se venza el plazo de devolución y así no tengan que reembolsar el dinero. Muy mala experiencia. No recomiendo esta tienda en absoluto.

I feel so foolish. I echo the exact situation as the others who have reviewed. The product is HORRIBLE…falsely advertised. I only received a reply after I put a claim through PayPal.
The situation remains unresolved. I’ll reach out to my credit card provider to seek their assistance.
And the ridiculous card included with package - Queen 👸🏻…no peasant let alone Queen would wear the cheap, nasty product they falsely advertised.
Disgusting…product and company.

I would give a zero if I could. They take your $. Say you can return but never send a label. Stay clear as they are scammer's

This company has the worst customer service. On September 25, I got a reply to exchange or return the pants I ordered, I expressed my choice to exchange and haven't heard from them again, I have sent them a daily email. Nothing. They certainly lie about their fantastic customer service and their 14 day turnaround exchange/returns. What's the story here?

If I could leave zero's I would. Not only is the quality of the product bad, the customer service does not exist.
The "jean" sweats are not as they claim. Also, I've been asking (calling and emailing) for the last 2 weeks with NO, none, zero response.

Do not purchase from Mila Rosabella. The product was not as described (they were not soft, they were jeans, and 2 sizes too small), and you cannot get hold of anyone to return them. Absolutely no response from customer service, and I have tried all different channels. I suspected I had been scammed when the package arrived via USPS from an individual, by the name of Abby Adkins from Chicago, as opposed to a company.

Product received not as described. Size guide considerably smaller than comparable products. Return and/or exchange guidelines set forth by company for free shipping label request via email from customer to be emailed to customer support team within the 14-day of delivery not upheld by no less than 4 separate emails as of 10/12/2025. Website phone numbers have been disconnected. However, company continues to solicit me multiple times per day to purchase more merchandise.

If I could give no stars I would. This is a scam. Phone number listed on their website says number disconnected when you call. Have never received my order and tracking info says bad result now and tracking information is not available. Will be looking into how to pursue action against this company.
