This company is horrible!!! You will never be able to talk to a human. It takes them weeks to respond , and when they do, it’s all BS. You will never see a dime of your money back. Their products are very cheaply made. Please do not waste your money!

Don’t be fooled! What trash. Ordered XL received XS. Three e-mails and still no reply. Item looks nothing like what is offered. Complete garbage. Don’t waste your time or money.

If I could give zero stars I would. The items I ordered were woefully small and very cheaply made. They were nothing like what was presented on the website. I have tried emailing support three times to return the items. The phone number listed to call for customer service is out of order. Total scam.

Terrible customer service. This is a SCAM!! The pants I ordered look ridiculous. I am trying to return and get a refund. I have sent 6 emails with NO response. Radio silence. They sure did take my money quickly.

These jeans are not what they are supposed to be! Phone number disconnected, emails not returned. I contacted my Credit card company filed a dispute and all of a sudden I got a response saying they would refund me….
We will see!!!

this company is a fraud. terrible cheap products and then will not give you a refund no phone number to call either. Im filing with our bbb and state consumer office DO NOT BUY FORM THESE CROOKS

I've sent two emails with no response. It took more than 3 weeks to receive the jeans and when I did, the Ella's are not as described, they are traditional non-stretch jeans that I couldn't even button. I would like to return them, but I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I am disputing with my credit card company.

Ordered through shop and 3 weeks no response no order. Showed on shop delivered 2 days after Ordered. I have sent 4 emails and no response. I don't expect to get merchandise and if I do I can only imagine how bad it will look. I am contacting my bank as a fraud.

I ordered a pair of jeans sweatpants but the pants that arrived were actual jeans there was no stretch in the waist the pockets were real they were not sweatpants. I've tried three times to email the company and when I tried to use their phone number it comes back as being disconnected. unless you're OK with losing money I wouldn't use this company

Horrible fit! I cannot find info to return the 2 prs. of pants I bought. The BBB needs to shut them down so more people aren’t taken advantage of. I paid with pay pal and will try to get payment returned.

This company is total scam, do not buy from them. No customer support and quality is horrible. NOthing like website description.

I ordered two pair of the sweat jeans. One small one XS to see what fit the best. I received two pair of XS and the color was not at all what the picture looked like. I followed instructions to receive a refund - but I have not received any correpondence. Is there a phone number for customer service????

Size was not accurate and I received no response from my numerous emails about how to return.

Don’t order if you want flexibility to return in case you don’t like or they don’t fit.

Same experience as everyone else. I ordered a medium because that is what I wear in everything and they were too snug. No Big deal I thought. I will return them and get a large. I have emailed several times per their instructions in order to get a return label, but they simply will not respond. I liked the jeans well enough, and I would have ordered another pair had they allowed me to return them.

Bought several sizes and went to return.
All we want is to find out where to return our extra items.

Email - NOPE - They have not responded in over two weeks to our constant emails

Contact Form - NOPE - We have filled out over 6 of them - NO RESPONSE.

The clothes are decent - BUT DO NOT TRY TO RETURN ANYTHING

I ordered pants that are way too small and short. I have tried eight times to email their support address and their website and no response at all! Their phone number is disconnected now I’m stuck with $45 worth of nothing

I needed to return the pair of sweatpant jeans that I had purchased - the sizing was WAY off. The return gurantee is that if you return it within 14 days, with tags attached, they will provide refund. I tried them on once, didn't fit, have tags attached and emailed support and asked for a return label on about day 5, then followed up ANOTHER two times, so all together 3 times within the 14 day period. No response. I have no way to return them and get my money back. So,, not only am I out of money but honestly I was expecting a bit more, while the jeans are not true jeans which I expected, they also are not "sweatpants" material. For anyone who falls for the hype on social media, it is simply that....just hype. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Will not respond to my emails. Sent the wrong jeans. The fit was completely off. I’m also gonna try to get it marked as a fraudulent charge since they will not call me back. I agree with all the responses on these reviews. This is a scam company.
