I wouldn’t even rate it as a 1. They look nothing like the picture. Customer service is terrible. I’m still waiting for a response & contacted them 2 weeks ago about returning them. DO NOT BUY

If I could make this rating lower than 1 star I would. I have asked since August 28 for a refund for a purchase. They advertise a product and picture it and send you a piece o f junk at the cost of 82.00. I have asked over and over again for a refund. Promises made to refund my money and nothing for 3 months. They advertise a lot on social media. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE A BOGUS COMPANY!
My intent is to flood the social media so no one ever buys anything from this company. Better Business Bureau will not even rate them. Many complaints from customers AND they list a Customer Service phone number out o Chicago that is not a working number. Facebook needs to stop promoting SCAM businesses.
They need to be put out of business.

It took almost 3 weeks to receive. The sizing is off and runs small so I requested a return number to exchange for a larger size. I repeated my request and never received a reply. Site indicates easy return but did not happen. Extremely disappointed in their customer service. i.e. non-existant!
In addition, the pockets are lined in white and they really gap open and interior pocket is very visible.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. They are horrible. No response to email and no response to instagram dm. No sign of the jeans.

Scam, scam, scam

Horrible service have tried to email them 3xs. Took forever to get my Pants and when they arrived they looked like little girls size 10-14 teeny tiny. No adult can fit in these I went by the size chart and got an XS since I wear a size 2. Will never order from this place again

I ordered a pair on October 31st. It is now Nov. 19th. Have not heard from them after 4 messages sent to customer support address. Phone number is no longer in working order. Money was taken out of my account the next day after ordering. This whole company is one be scam. Please do not order anything from them. Going to have my bank reverse the charge to my card and report as fraud.

Getting a hold of a customer agent was very difficult, but once I did the service was excellent. I ordered two pair of the sweat/jeans and found them to be too short for me in the rise.(I need a high waist) these, I think, are for a younger gal....I am older!!! The small and the medium didn't fit my waist, too small, and the length was too long for my 5ft2in. frame. quality was good and price is fair but they are not anything like sweats. They are a very comfortable fabric however.

I can not begin to describe how thoroughly DISAPPOINTED I am with the jeans. They don't come close to matching any description or video online. I am NOT "cheering on a dream!" I am cursing the day i got sucked into buying your totally crap product. Mila Rosabella is a disgrace of a company!

Unable to get a hold of this company to return the jeans that ARE NOT what they advertised. Website keeps saying it is unavailable since I am trying to return.

Can't get into contact with anyone about return. Will need to try to contact credit card company to stop payment. Horrible service. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered Wide Sweatpants Jeans $52.90 on August 6th, what I received was not what was ordered. It was a pair of regular jeans - did not stretch at all. I contacted the support team on September 2nd.

On September 6th, I received a response from a Jessica Puntro from their support team, we have been back and forth and on September 9th she said the return warehouse is currently under going construction and therefore unable to process returns. She offered two options:
A. 100% store credit which never expires.
B. Or a full refund, based on my preference.
Please let us know and we will process it right away.
September 9th: Payment will be back to my credit card within 7-9 days.
October 28th: I reached out again.
October 31st - Jessica Puntro promises to check again; and monitor until it is finalized and will send a transaction receipt.
October 31st: I told her it is unacceptable.
November 4th: Jessica Puntro says she has escalated it to the finance department to ensure it is completed without further delay.

It is my opinion that Jessica Puntro is a poor representative of the company and this company is a scam. Do not purchase from them!

Place is a scam. They took money out of my account that I did not apply for now. They do not want to give my money back. I had reported them to Better Business Bureau. Told me to wait for a label to come and they’ll give me my whole refund. Otherwise they want to give me 50% of my refund that’s a bunch of bull.

Sizing is a little off for Americans. It took about 3 1/2 weeks to receive them and only one pair are actually pull on sweatpants. The other one has a button and a zipper but the same kind of material. I bought a size large, which is more like an oversized, medium, and they needed to be a little longer as well not very comfortable and a little cheaply made.

Don’t buy from this website/company!! No customer service at all. Tried to exchange a pair I bought for 6 weeks - can’t get any response. Phone # is disconnected🤬

I ordered a size medium in 4 tops and the fit is more like a small than medium. I’ve sent many emails and I still haven’t received a refund. I would never order anything from this company again!

Awful products of very poor quality. Nonexistent customer service. Shady company with a US front but in reality is a scam. Stay away.
