My purchasing experiences with Mikes Dive Store have been overwhelmingly positive and I highly recommend their products and services. I ordered a wetsuit(I'm out of the country) that was too small, and they have made my return and exchange exceedingly easy. I had a replacement in the right size within a few days. I found this store because of their great prices, but I will keep coming back because of the friendly, professional service. I'm so glad I found this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The shop has a great selection of diving equipment, and I bought a wetsuit, a BCD, and a few other diving essentials. I’m really pleased with everything. A special thank you to Lily, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me choose exactly what I needed. Her excellent advice made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I used Mikes Dive store WhatsApp service and spoke with Rissa. I asked a load of questions regarding the Scubapro 620ti package I was interested in. Every single question was quickly answered which made my mind up that this was the perfect set up for me to pair with my Hydros Pro. Nothing was too much trouble for Rissa and I received the best customer service!

I wanted to buy a prescription face mask, so I contacted the support centre who were brilliant, sent them WhatsApp asking for advice pre ordering, they said if I order it and then send them the order number and my prescription they would double check I had the correct spec, and would fit the lenses in the mask, so was so easy to do, many thanks for all the help, and look forward to receiving it.

The correspondence has been consistently unprofessional, and assurances given were not honoured. Next-day dispatch, as advertised and promised, did not occur, and securing the advertised no-questions-asked returns required repeated emails and telephone calls. Furthermore, it took six days to obtain a returns address, unreasonably delaying the exercise of my statutory rights.

I travelled up to London especially to buy a new BCD and absolutely loved the bright spacious shop. Flo, the sales assistant, was so helpful, kind and patient with me as I swanned around the shop trying on various jackets. The colour I wanted was not in store so Flo advised me to go online, which I did and the new one arrived within days.

This company really looks after its customers something I personally experienced recently. I purchased and item and when it arrived with me I discovered that it was actually the wrong item. I had opened the package containing the item which is actually outside the returns policy. I contacted The company and explained what I had done and offered to pay for the “ wrong” item but I was asked to return the item to the store. Much to my suprise the correct item arrived within a few days with no charge. The lady at the company who dealt with my problem was very professional and polite. I would highly re commend this store to divers looking to purchase diving equipment…….Brilliant service, thank you👌

I was trying to order some sweet dive equipment from Dubai but was having issues with my online order. I reached out to the store over WhatsApp and Rachel was super helpful and sorted my order out for me so I could collect it when I visit London next week. She was super helpful, cheerful and efficient. This is the second time I’m buying equipment from Mikes and every time I’ve had a great service experience with their staff. they have a wide selection of the best equipment. I will be back for more.

I’ve contacted Mikes Dive store a few times when needing new kit. I’ve booked online chats to phone calls. Every time they have supplied me with ample information and advice. From prescription lenses and masks, kids BCD for my son when he first started out, to wetsuit sizing and fit. Most recently I WhatsApp’d them to ask about a new BCD as I’ve got a few big trips coming up including Galapagos. Greg went above and beyond to give me as much info and even a recent review of the model for me to make a choice.

Really easy website to navigate and choose my items, post my purchase, updates were great. There was an issue with the delivery with Royal Mail, I escalated this and was dealt with by Greg and the team really quickly and turned out to be human error with Royal Mail. comms from Greg along with confidence I'll have my items has been fantastic. All items now received and will definitely use again - Thanks for everything!

Although we are both experienced divers we decided to travel from Essex to the store in Chiswick as the we really felt we would need some advise on buying new BCD's and regulators. Tom (who is the manager) and a dive instructor himself looked after us brilliantly. He was extremely patient spending almost 2 hours with us and his advise on the right level of equipment and the pro & cons of each was excellent. He did not try to sell us the most expensive equipment instead what was absolute right for us and our requirements.

Really good service and advice, no pressure sales. Helpful to be able to try and buy, definitely worth the journey rather than buying online.

After hemming and hawing over buying a new dive computer (the Perdix 2) along with the Swift GPS AI module, I finally decided to take the plunge and place my order with Mike's Dive Store.

Shortly after ordering, I realised I hadn't selected the express delivery option to Northern Ireland. With only three days before flying to Gozo for a week of diving, I was worried the equipment wouldn't arrive in time.

I contacted Mike's Dive Store and was assisted by Rissa, who was absolutely fantastic. She quickly understood the urgency of the situation, liaised with the warehouse team, and helped arrange dispatch within an hour. Thanks to Rissa and the warehouse team's exceptional efforts, the items arrived in plenty of time before my trip.

The service I received was outstanding from start to finish. Excellent communication, genuine customer care, and a team that clearly goes above and beyond for its customers. My new equipment performed brilliantly in Gozo, and the whole experience has left a lasting impression.

I'll definitely be ordering from Mike's Dive Store again and would highly recommend them to any diver looking for great products backed up by first-class customer service.

Sorry but my experience was not good (April 2022). Only just registered with Trustpilot. Ordered a wetsuit for my wife online, tried it on, too small and returned. They attempted to charge a £50 fee for damage to a seal, which I disagree with (as an instructor I know how to use wetsuits). Never again.
