Michael Graham were brilliant for a recent house purchase, Richard and Saoirse in Woburn were very friendly and helpful in all our questions. Would highly recommend and will suggest them to friends and family

I had a great experience with Michael Graham Estate Agents. The whole team was professional from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout every stage of the process. They kept me updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to respond to any questions.

All the staff were very helpful and polite, which made a real difference — every interaction felt easy and reassuring.

What really stood out was how thorough they were — nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. It made the whole experience far smoother and far less stressful than I expected.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael Graham to anyone looking for an estate agent who’s organised, reliable, and genuinely on top of things.

We had a wonderful experience working with Michael Graham. From the very beginning, the team was professional, patient, and truly attentive to our needs. They listened carefully to what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect home.
Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. They guided us step by step, answered all our questions, and ensured we felt confident in every decision.
We’re so grateful for their dedication and support. Highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home.
Thank you for everything Paul, Anna & Stuart. ❤️

I’ve successfully sold my house through Michael Graham twice now. Richard from Woburn Sands office has been incredible, he has supported my concerns of putting my house up for sale during last year. When I finally moved forward to put my house up for sale he did his ultimate best to relieve pressure and manage the process smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend Richard and his team!

Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell
It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.

Fantastic service. The whole team made a very stressful situation as painless as they possibly could. The teams professionalism and organisational skills combined with true passion for the property made the process so much easier for my part. Where the property was lacking they came up with solutions for the potential buyers showing them how they could put a stamp on the home.
Dedication, professionalism and solid support from the whole team.
Thank you, Richard (never stops working) Saoirse (a true passion for detail and so organised) Esther (a wiz in the office) and Amelia who even organises the weather for her photography) PS. Ask them to recommend a lawyer, it will make a huge difference as they deal with them the whole time and know who can do the best job.

My wife and I bought our first home in Aylesbury with Michael Graham. The whole experience was fantastic and mostly stress-free, in great part thanks to the competence, friendliness, and professionalism of Steve and Graham at the Aylesbury office. From the first viewings to the completion, we felt we were in good hands. All of our questions were answered promptly and precisely. I would highly recommend them to buy a property in the area!

Charlie and the team were brilliant, handled the rental of my house well, found good tenants quickly and were a pleasure to deal with. Peace of mind considering with 3,500 miles away! Would highly recommend!

We have just completed on the sale of our property, through the Central Milton Keynes Office. All the staff have been brilliant, but we particularly need to mention Roger and Bailey. The whole process from beginning to end was dealt with professionally, efficiently and in a timely manner. We actually felt that we were their only clients.
Thank you for a dedicated, friendly service.

Having wasted 3 months with a different agent, we marketed our home with Bedford Michael Graham. The initial appointment with Warren , the fantastic photos and online advert, to selling our home quickly and exchange within in 7 weeks, completion in 8 weeks we cannot fault the service. What can we say about Harry? His approachable and friendly manner forged great relationships with our buyers as well as the professionals involved in the chain which certainly was the driving factor in achieving such a quick turnaround. Always there to support, keeping us fully updated, dealing with any problems and ensuring a smooth and trouble free sale. Finally a huge thank you to Wendy the sales progressor, who like Harry, worked tirelessly with agents and solicitors to ensure we got our pre Christmas move. Fantastic team effort . Thank you to the whole team!
