We had a very successful morning with Claire. The first house we saw wasn't right for us, Claire chatted with us and understood what we wanted. We weren't booked with any other houses as our second choice had gone under offer. Claire didn't want us to have a wasted journey, she managed to get keys and get us viewings at different houses that hadn't been on our radar. Her enthusiasm was contagious so off we went and we have just offered on the last house we saw which we hadn't even thought of viewing! Great job!!

Appreciate all the fantastic work by Michael Graham estate agents, with a SPECIAL shoutout to to Steve Tillyer, for going above-and-beyond to see us through to completion. This sale would have collapsed if it wasn't for his tireless efforts to coordinate seller, buyer and solicitors on both sides. His experience and steady hand kept everything on track.

We would like to thank the team at the Aylesbury office for their hard work and patience. It took a long time to complete our move, and they supported us all the way. Now we are enjoying our new home.

A shoutout to Steve Tillyer, who helped us secure our dream home and was wonderful from start to finish. His communication, patience, understanding, kindness and support were so appreciated, and he truly made the whole process as smooth and enjoyable as it could possibly have been.

Far from being a box-ticking robot, Steve showed genuine humanity throughout and was an absolute delight to work with.

Steve is a total credit to his profession and to Michael Graham, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart for being our cheerleader throughout the whole journey!

Great estate agent - friendly and personable - on both buyer and seller sides. I would highly recommend. Special thanks to Paul Berkeley at the Stony Stratford branch, who consistently went the extra mile. Thank you!

Tristan was great from start to finish of our purchase. Quick communications and support through the process helped our chain progress to completion at pace.

We had an outstanding experience with Luke and Olivia at Michael Graham Buckingham. Luke provided excellent advice on pricing within the local market and listed our property at the very end of 2025. Within just four weeks and multiple viewings, we had accepted an offer, and ten weeks later the sale was completed.

Our smooth and stress-free experience is a real testament to Luke and Olivia, who kept us fully informed at every stage, handling all communication with the buyer and swiftly dealing with any questions, ensuring that nothing held up the sale.

Olivia was always lovely to speak to, and her attention to detail and personal approach were much appreciated.

For anyone considering a move in or around Buckingham, we would wholeheartedly recommend Michael Graham.

Michael Graham went over and above to help me and the lady I bought my house from recently. We both sold through Michael Graham in Towcester and I can’t fault the service I received. Their brochures produced for both properties were fantastic. Very happy customer here 😁

Smooth process overall with Michael Graham. Charlotte Vernon-Stroud was helpful, responsive, and kept me updated throughout. Everything was handled clearly and without issues. Thank you.

Would highly recommend Michael Graham. Friendly but very professional throughout.

A very professional company with good sales and marketing capabilities however the main difference is the personal service provided by a great team. Angie and the Olney team did a tremendous job navigating a lot of challenges. This was done with great communication and dedication to get the sale pushed through.

We have just received our photographs for the property we are selling with Michael Graham and they are presented to an extremely high standard, showcasing our property at its full potential. Professional from start to finish so far.

I sold my mothers home as her power of attorney with Michael Graham, they helped me with every step. The team from Jo who values with such enthusiasm , the lovely sales team, who kept me informed after every viewing to Caroline who dealt with everything once a buyer was found are superb.
A professional, considerate and competent estate agents. Thank you all.

In a world where things are often more complicated than they need to be, working with Olly Hewitt was refreshingly simple.

He was meticulous and professional, but also thoughtful and caring — which really stood out. Selling a home is quite a personal process, and he handled it with sensitivity and ease.

The whole experience felt calm, well managed, and in safe hands.

Would definitely recommend.

We recently bought our property through the Princes Risborough branch of Michael Graham. We dealt with Ellie and Chris, both of whom were extremely professional. The communication was top notch and we were regularly updated on progress. The process was challenging, not through any fault of the agents, but Ellie was always positive throughout which we really appreciated. We are loving our new house so thank you for bearing with us and getting us here!

Ollie came to take the photographs of my house prior to it going on the market. What a pleasure! Here was someone who clearly loves his job. He was so cheerful, friendly and happy as well as being professional and efficient. Putting one's house on the market can be stressful. This part of the process was entirely stress free and made for a joyful morning.

Ollie came and took photos for our house sale and did an amazing job, he dressed the rooms, talked me through the process and worked around my noisy dogs while he was doing it!
He even got the sun to come out for the outside shots :-)

Extremely professional but friendly and helpful at all times.
Always keeping us well informed about viewings and responses to them.
Always positive ,despite the ups and downs of selling a house.
A great team

From the first contact with Chris in the Princes Risborough office to the girls who showed the house to potential buyers the communication has been excellent. The pictures for the website were excellent. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and communication throughout.

Michael Graham have been professional, informative, helpful selling our house in a difficult market. They offered great advice, built up a good rapport with our purchasers and kept the sale on track while we encountered problems. We couldn’t have been more pleased and could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you to all the team at Michael Graham Princes Risborough.
