Michael Graham  Anmeldelser

Poor communication lack of professionalism we were not given honest information. I need to be careful what I write .
However I would not recommend Michael Graham when selling in fact it is a huge regret I used them . My best advice would be to avoid Michael Graham Buckingham at all costs .

The Michael Graham Towcester team were professional and courteous, great in helping us buy a property listed with themselves. Jo in particular efficiently dealt with all our enquiries and supported us following up with Solicitors and third parties to ensure the purchase was progressing as quickly as possible, keeping us proactively informed throughout. Richard was also a brilliant support whenever Jo was out of the office, helping us arrange to see the property again once the offer had been accepted.

Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Richard and his team did what they promised. The photos were excellent and the property sold itself. The team were always helpful and approachable. No issues and a good outcome for all concerned.

We instructed Michael Graham Towcester office as we have previously sold and purchased through them. Olly came out to take the professional photographs of our property and was fantastic. Amazing photos and incredibly professional.

Ollie is the ultimate professional. He made sure we had a morning with a great weather forecast, which was actually accurate and took some excellent drone and outdoor pictures to properly show off my property!

Great photos for my rental property which in turn resulted in four booked viewings one week later. Oliver has a done a great swift job and thoroughly recommend.

Michael Graham were open and honest with us throughout the process and helped us to secure our dream home.
The commitment from Ellie across the entire move chain, working with other estate agents, helped us to actually have quite a quick transaction in comparison to market average.
Ellie's local knowledge and advice was also very genuine.

Lovely enthusiastic knowledgeable highly experienced people coupled with great photography and copyrighting.

Ollie came and took photos of our house today, was so friendly, professional and had a great eye for attention to detail. Can’t wait to see the photos.

The people at Michael Graham in Newport Pagnell are very nice!
Thank you to lovely Thomas for helping me with the rented property.

Michael Graham are very impressive. Wendy and Jack were fantastic. Very communicative and always gave updates. They were the first to give any significant update.
We would definitely use Michael Graham in the future.

I would highly recommend Michael Graham and Steve he did a really great job when we bought our home and we’re very pleased with the service provided.

Michael Graham was our go to Estate Agent as we wanted a high quality new build home. They showed us various options that suited our budget and were helpful and professional from first viewing through to completion.

Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable agency. We had so many questions because we were buying for the first time in the UK but Gareth was very helpful and responsive to all of our queries

Thomas is professional, friendly and communicative. He has kept us informed throughout the buying process and has been very helpful. Highly recommended.

We have received great service throughout the whole process - always friendly and attentive but very professional. Excellent communication at all times and we especially appreciated the very prompt responses to our many queries/issues.

The whole team were very efficient so that the sale of our house went smoothly. They kept me informed of developments as things progressed. A 5* though definitely for the excellent, personal approach by the whole team

The lady was extremely unprofessional, rude, and showed no concern for the client. That is not how you attend to a customer—it was very disappointing. She didn’t even bother to explain anything about the house.

NOTE:
Please. Teach them more on how to attend to a client.

We had a really straightforward experience both selling and buying through Michael Graham. Angie in the Olney office handled our purchase and Paul in the Stony Stratford office handled our sale. They were great - open, communicative and helpful throughout. Paul found us a buyer very quickly too.
