I bought two Clara Table lamps for £85 each which other stores were selling for an average £120 going up to £175 per lamp. The delivery was within 48 hours and the Lamps were very well packaged and arrived intact which is a huge bonus these days . I highly recommend MFI to anyone considering buying anything online. Excellent service.

Delivery was fine it's a nice colour
Delivery was fine it's a nice colour, measurements as stated, but the sofa is far, far too hard. I can't be BOTHERED to send it back especially since you expect the customer to pay for returns. Once a company does this I never go back, there's too much competition. Maybe z comfort rating would help. The sofas in the staffroom st work are more comfy, and that's saying something.

Please accept our apologies that the sofa is not as comfortable as you hoped. We have just contacted you directly via email to see how we can make this right for you.
We completely understand that comfort is highly personal, and we take your comments regarding return costs and the suggestion for a comfort rating scale very seriously. While we want to find a solution that works for you without the hassle of a standard return, we are also sharing your notes with our product team to help future shoppers.
Please check your inbox so we can discuss the options we've sent over.
