Quick and helpful response in live chat
One of my two items was not delivered. I contacted MFI through live chat and received a quick helpful and polite response form Victoria Mansfield. She sorted out the problem and the missing item arrived the next day.

Customer service is responsive, friendly and helpful. Definitely a real person at the end of the phone who can't do enough to help resolve the query (refund) quickly and efficiently, keeping me updated throughout the process. i was helped all the way through to happy resolution.

Every part of my experience with this…
Every part of my experience with this company was bad. I ordered two units and both arrived with different defects. The TV cabinet had doors that are a different colour to the rest of the unit and also knocks, dings and discolouration all over. The matching cabinet has lumpy rattan as if it has been wet or damp. It also has knocks all over it.
I sent a complaint to MFI who agreed after a series of about 15 emails between different members of staff to give me just over a 10% refund for one of the items. And 5% back for the other. I didn’t receive any refund, so I asked for my refund and received one of the percentage refund. I was hoping to finish the rest of my home with some of the other items I’ve seen but would not consider shopping here because the quality is just really really bad. I could not recommend anyone using this company. The customer service is a joke. The products are a joke.

Our team previously offered several remedies to fully resolve this issue, including full replacements or a complete return for a refund. As you preferred to keep the cabinets, we mutually agreed to issue a partial refund alongside an additional goodwill discount.

Goodwill Discount Refund: Now fully processed.
Both amounts should reflect back into your account within our standard 2–10 working days timeframe from their respective processing dates.

Excellent customer services
My experience with this company has been nothing but excellent. Sadly the table didn't meet my expectations but the return process has been super easy. Victoria Mansfield and Jade Sutton made the process quick, easy, were super friendly and helpful. I will definitely purchase again despite the issue with the coffee table.
