Ordered 2 lamps and one had a…
Ordered 2 lamps and one had a manufacturer fault, and struggled to find a way on the website to have it exchanged, I used live chat with Chris holding, and he sorted it all out for me collecting the faulty item next week and delivering a replacement.. 5 stars for his prompt sorting of the problem.. hopefully everything goes smoothly next week as the lamps are lovely!

Order not dispatched three weeks on and no info when tracking
Ordered a table at the beginning of September, received an email to say it had been dispatched but three weeks later have heard nothing more and when tracking it shows it hasn’t been dispatched yet with no estimate as to when it will be. Customer services haven’t been in contact yet despite emailing them more than once. Will cancel order for and request refund. Very disappointed!

Good service and delivery timeframes
Good service and delivery timeframes. The item was lovely but Unfortunately I had to return as it wasn’t quite right for the space. The return process was easy enough (you do need to pay for courier collection. Delivery is not refunded) and I got a response from the CS team a few days after confirming the refund. I would consider ordering from them again though.

Good customer service
I recently ordered a coffee table from MFI and I contacted their customer service for a delivery date update. The customer service rep, Victoria Mansfield, promptly escalated it with the supplier and I received an email later that day from the supplier’s delivery courier advising me when they would deliver. I escalated on the Friday and the table was delivered on the Monday. Very happy with the table and very happy with the customer service.

Chris was extremely kind and helpful during our conversation, as were all the people I dealt with at MFI in trying to sort out my problem with an order. The only thing I find difficult is that you can't actually speak to anyone on the phone as I spent a good hour in emails and chats to resolve the difficulty.
