Do not order from this website. Item took 16 days to arrive. Looks nothing like product on website and covered in hairs and dust as well as being completely creased. The product is poor quality, not as advertised and dirty. Avoid!

My jumpsuit arrived this week and I really like the way it falls. The wide legs give it a nice shape and it feels comfortable enough for a long evening. I was worried about the fit around the top but my regular size worked perfectly.

Purchased two items for size given that no sizing information is available on their website other than ‘buy your usual size’ Alarm bells should have rung then but I stupidly continued the purchase.

Company website says they are based in the Netherlands when in fact the tracking information clearly shows it as being based in CHINA

Items are poor quality and do not fit so have asked for a return, which the company are making nigh on impossible. The customer has to pay the costs (£35) to return to CHINA despite them claiming to be based in the Netherlands

This is location fraud, I wish I’d have read the reviews before purchasing. Take the good reviews on here with a pinch of salt

I bought four items together because of the extra discount. It was applied automatically, which saved me having to search around for a code. Everything arrived in the same parcel and all four pieces were the sizes I ordered. I will definitely check the new season collection again.

The free delivery was a nice bonus. I don't like reaching a minimum spend just to avoid paying postage, so that made ordering much easier.

Nice collection and very easy website to use. I found what I wanted without having to scroll through endless pages.

The sizing on my dress was right the first time, which is always a relief when ordering clothes online. It fitted comfortably around the waist and shoulders.

I ordered a dress in my usual size and it fitted really nicely. The fabric feels good too and the sale price made it even better.

I ordered a blazer for work and have been very happy with it. The fit is smart without feeling stiff and it works well with both trousers and jeans. It has already become one of the pieces I reach for most during the week.

I was mainly shopping for a coat but ended up adding a knit jumper as well. I'm glad I did because both pieces work together really well. The coat has a nice shape and doesn't make me feel swamped, while the jumper is soft and comfortable. The bundle saving made the two piece order much better value.

I bought a satin style maxi dress and was a little worried it might look different in person. It actually fitted better than I expected and the shape is lovely. I ordered my normal size and didn't need to exchange it.

I liked being able to see the sale price clearly rather than only finding out the discount at checkout. I added three items and the extra saving appeared automatically. It made the whole purchase feel simple and I didn't need to search for promotional codes.

Please do not order from this company they are a complete scam. Make our they operate from the Netherlands when they clearly do not.

Shoddy, poor quality goods and they make it extremely difficult to get a refund. Offer a measly 10% and keep the goods, 50% off you next order.

Been completely had off and £85 worse off.

Scammers. My grandmother bought a dress from here and it said it was coming from The Netherlands. When it arrived it looked absolutely nothing like the pictures. When she went to request a return, the company said they don’t do refunds and returns and told her to send it back to China and for her to pay for it herself! Which would be £25. After she complained they offered a 10% refund. Absolutely immoral and deceitful. Do not shop here. They make their money through deception and scamming.

Run away from this company. Overpriced cheap clothes. Ships from China and this leads to the added expense. Impossible to return.

This company is awful the shoes were very poor quality
I contacted customer service who took days to respond when they did the talked about a dress
I bought shoes that were really really poor quality
Avoid this company

Caveat emptor

Buyer beware.

This company is not reliable. It took them four weeks to dispatch goods and they refused to stop the process and refund.

The items are poor quality and look shabby and nasty

I am not usually into review. Most of the time I just let go of things. I am going to provide this review in every available platform because those people need to be taken off the website
Their products are extremely poor quality.
Their customer service is poor. There is no money guarantee when you shop with them. They use currency related to your country into deceiving you that their products are local, which isn't the case.
When you come to return the items, the return fees are so high that you wouldn't go through the stress. They keep on winning. Something needs to be done.

Do not buy from Merintha.

They advertise a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" on their website, but when you actually attempt to return an unused item, their customer service engages in classic drop-shipping tactics to prevent full refunds.

When I requested a return, customer support refused to provide a standard return label or a reasonable U.S. return address. Instead, they claimed their "warehouse closed" and quoted an absurd $30–$40 return shipping fee (plus potential customs charges) to ship it overseas—conveniently costing nearly as much as the item itself.

They then pushed a non-negotiable "Option 2," offering a meager 10% refund to keep the item, falsely claiming that "95% of customers prefer this option." Furthermore, their claim that the warehouse closed during a "closure discount sale" is completely deceptive, as the exact same sale remains active on their website.

This business model relies on false advertising and predatory return policies to trap buyers into keeping unwanted products. Save yourself the stress and shop with reputable, transparent retailers instead.
