I placed an order on the 8th April for some shoes for my friends wedding it said estimated delivery 3-5 working days. I have tried to reach out a few times but struggling to get hold of anyone. I am getting worried as the wedding is soon

Dress arrived crumpled in a small plastic bag. The size was not correct. The dress was made of cheap material and had no tags. I requested a return and was instructed to post it to an address in China after reading on their website they were 'Based in the heart of London at 315 Brockley Road'. When I took it to the post office I was informed it would cost £27 to send it, almost the cost of the dress. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing from LolaLooks again. The postmistress suggested 'Sell it on Ebay'.

Customer service was amazing, they were very quick to respond and provided excellent service.

Bad quality, will never order from here again! Order took 10 days to arrive which is not bad, not great.
Arrived crumpled and in need of a good iron and in a flimsy plastic bag.
Generally poor quality, very cheap, thin, fabric.
Website stated item was Linen. It absolutely is not, label says polyester/elastane.
Also not the colour I ordered!

Am trying to get a refund, no email address on the website and contact form asks for pics for returns of faulty/incorrect items but has no photo sharing function. I won’t hold my breath.
