Memorygram was fantastic to work with, and they did exactly what they outlined that they would provide for services and support for the costs quoted. The quality of the book was outstanding! Their customer support was patient, kind, timely responding to my questions and really great to work with.
As a grieving recent widower, I found creating this book to be very therapeutic to help me start to remember more of the good times with my wife.
Upon receipt of the finished book, and sharing it with my kids and some friends, it was fun to see my kids' read items and see pictures that brought back fun memories. Simultaneously sharing pictures of my friends in my book gave us fun reliving the circumstances around the pictures. It also was rewarding to hear from them how much they valued me including them in my legacy book.
Memorygram is a great program. I have already recommended it to a neighbor who lost his wife and to his daughter who lost her husband and is uncertain with what to do to document their memories for their descendants to have.

The website was easy to use. I love that I could have many, many photos. I could write in the actual document or write in Google Docs or Word and then cut paste those documents into the book. I could change the titles and proofing was easy.

We bought one book each for our parents as a way to document some of their life stories for both them and us. It was pretty user friendly getting it setup with weekly questions sent to them. We are excited to add the photos in and get the final product ordered!

I received Memorygram as a gift. Memorygram provided weekly suggestions/topics to write on or there was the option to create my own story. I completed the book, ordered it, and received it in a timely manner. The book is beautiful. The cover is quality material; the color is beautiful; the font of the stories is very easy to read. Easy to use
Easy to use. Page formatting with photos leaves a little to be desired but overall, the process was easy. I liked the ease of rearranging chapters to support a time line. I have recommended this to several people.

A family memory
I purchased this for my 70 year old father and we are just getting ready to edit his entries together. It’s incredibly heart warming to read his entries and I love that I will have this piece of his history for ever. Definitely recommend and the customer service has been excellent!

This was a gift from my children for…
This was a gift from my children for Mother's Day last year. They did not specifically say what they would like to know about. I personally felt knowing family history--of me and their 'ancestors' was more important than some of the questions sent to me. Therefore I made up many of my own chapter questions or headings. I would suggest more of the same kind of questions be included. Even questions like "What was your mother like?", or grandmother, or siblings etc. All questions that bring out a family tree would be good. I feel this is a good way to educate those younger who read this to learn about their family history.

Good overall but a bit expensive
In general, they did a nice job of guiding me through the process. It took some hunting to figure out just how to navigate the process. The formatting options are limited and the books are expensive.
