I did mine in a month and have sold one to a friend who is dealing with the loss of her husband. And this is worth it to have something to help distract her mind and will be a best seller.
I messed up mine I should have got a print of it before I got it done.

My Memorygram Experience
I received the Memorygram book as a Christmas gift. I was a little nervous about starting this project, as I had never done something like this before. However, I found that I really enjoyed writing this book, as the experience brought back so many nostalgic and fun memories. The Memorygram team was extremely helpful in guiding me through any questions or problems I had. They responded quickly through emails or online chats. My finished book arrived last week, and I was very pleasantly surprised by how beautiful, professional, and well made the book is! I have lots of photographs in my book, and they look exactly like the original photos. They are clear and colorful. The Memorygram team did a wonderful job on the book, and I am very pleased with how it turned out! Unfortunately, the back cover and some of the pages were slightly damaged in transit. Amazingly, Memorygram is sending me a replacement copy because of this! I was blown away by their generosity in being willing to do this! I really appreciate the caring, kindness, and accessibility of the people of Memorygram who guided me through the writing of my book.

This is so wonderful to hear and we are so glad the nerves gave way to such a joyful experience! There is something truly special about watching those memories come back to life on the page. We are sorry the book arrived with some damage in transit but getting you a perfect copy is absolutely the least we could do. You put so much love into creating it and it deserves to be in your hands in perfect condition. Enjoy every page of your replacement and thank you so much for the incredibly kind words!

The recording and transcribing of the answers to the questions is very good.
The selection of the questions could be improved. I rewrote almost half of the questions.

Thanks for the awesome feedback. Most people customize about half of their questions or so which tracks to our wider user base. Based on our research this because many people want to have a mix of writing topics that are more general along with some that are extremely personalize to them and them alone.

I loved how easy it was to add pictures and to add our own thoughts. I loved the questions you sent me and I loved taking the time to tell my story.
It would have been very helpful though if the pages had been done as the actual pages as we went along. It would have made adding stuff and taking out blank pages, etc. a lot easier.

I love the product, just some small issues.
I love the product and the way the site allows people to add their stories. I was confused by exactly what I was paying for. I knew the printed book was extra, but the cost is not well defined. And when I ordered a book, I didn't receive any notification of an approximate shipping date. That would have been nice to confirm that the process was done correctly and that the order was received.

Yes indeed, extra copies do cost money. We do try to be transparent as possible about that. We also took your feedback and now provide shipping updates throughout the ordering process.

Amazing company from product to customer service!
Memorygram allows you to record and preserve personal stories so they can be kept alive for generations to come—something most people do not think of until it’s too late. We bought this as a gift for my Mom last year, she passed away early this year, so she wasn’t able to completely finish. Just the few stories I have from her are like gold to me. Memorygram makes the entire process incredibly easy, and it would be a truly wonderful gift for both you and your family.

We are so deeply sorry for the loss of your mom. The stories she did complete are such a precious gift, and we are so honored that Memorygram could play even a small part in preserving her voice and her memories for you and your family. You are so right that these things are often thought of too late, and the fact that you have even a few of her stories to hold onto means everything. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Thanks, Memorygram
When my grandfather was still alive, my dad wanted to find a way to preserve his memories and stories. He would spend afternoons visiting with my “Pawpaw,” talking with him and recording his stories on cassette tapes. Years later, my dad compiled those recordings into a book called "Policing Greene"—a treasured piece of our family history.
I wanted to do something similar for my own parents and preserve their stories and memories for generations to come. I was thrilled to discover Memorygram and find such a simple way to make that happen.
Memorygram has taken all of the hard work out of creating a meaningful keepsake by sending my parents weekly prompts that encourage them to share their memories and experiences. They are just now wrapping up their subscription, and I cannot wait for each of us to receive our books.
Thank you, Memorygram, for making it so easy to preserve the stories that matter most. I know these books will be cherished by our family for generations to come!

What a beautiful family legacy of preserving stories, from your grandfather's cassette tapes to your parents' Memorygram book. The fact that "Policing Greene" exists because your dad took those afternoons with Pawpaw is such a powerful reminder of why this matters so much. We are so glad Memorygram could make the next chapter of your family's story a little easier. We cannot wait for all of you to hold those books in your hands!

Memorygram customer care help
During my experience with Memorygram, I reached out a few times for guidance on personalizing the questions and was promptly assisted each time. Since this is a gift I was trying to organize for my parents remotely (we don't live in the same town) the constant support was extra appreciated! I am so excited to see how their book turns out (but not as excited as they are)!!

Product Provides Collection of Memories
While there were a couple bumps at the end of publishing and ordering my book, the customer service representatives did assist sufficiently to get my item shipped accurately.
The book is a matte finish and about 8.5x11 size. The pages are more delicate than preferred and matte finish again. There is a table of contents along with one QR code at the front of the book to access all audio stories. The product provides what we expected. I would prefer a higher quality gloss page for durability over time and could enhance the photos added to the book.
I am thankful for the customer service to help wrap up this gift for my father.
