I received a notification that my order has been delivered but it has not been delivered to my address. Still waiting to see where they delivered my package. Disappointed customer.

Memorygram helped me to record and learn new memories about my Dad's childhood and young adult years. My Dad recently printed a copy and was very proud of the book he has created! He struggled a bit with the website, but the Memorygram Customer Service was always kind and helpful whenever I reached out.

When I called, they heard me and understood my dilemma with kindness and compassion! Made it a wonderful choice!

What a fun way to hear stories from your loved ones! Memorygram helped unlock stories I had never heard before that deepened my relationship with my Dad and helped me learn what experiences shaped him into who he is today. Customer service was great to help us along as we needed it!

Memorygram made it easy to set up and schedule my questions. The process was smooth and enjoyable. I needed very little customer support, but they were very helpful when I did. I researched several different companies for my memory book, and Memorygram was the winner for me. The final product was beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with it.

My husband and I wrote stories with Memorygram for our kids and are pleased with the beautiful book. I loved learning new things about my husband of 40+ years, I like having a pdf in addition to the book, and I liked being able to preview the book easily as we were writing and adding stories.

We ran into a few problems: For one, Memorygram suddenly changed the interface. Though it was an improvement, there was a learning curve and we had to ask multiple questions because there wasn’t a user’s guide. For example, after trying repeatedly and unsuccessfully to add photos, we had to ask why we couldn’t, and that’s how we found out there’s a limit of ten photos per chapter. So there were challenges but once we figured things out, it was okay.

The chat help feature was set up but did not work, a frustration. When we emailed questions, staff helped in a reasonable amount of time. We hope Memorygram now has better instructions and a working chat, but we don’t know.

Twice Memorygram staff moved our deadline later, once because of the confusing change in interface at the holidays and a second time because of a family emergency. We appreciated that very much.

When our stories reached 300 pages, we started seeing a message in the interface that a surcharge of $15 would be added. Later that surcharge increased to $30. It seems like a fair surcharge, but it was never disclosed, not at the time of purchase, not in any advertisements we saw, and not anywhere on the website. When I asked, staff said this fee has always been part of their pricing structure and that it’s noted on the platform. I never found it.

Staff waived this fee for us but I’m concerned that new customers are not made aware of it until they reach 300 pages, as we did. In May 2026, a support manager assured me that a webpage “warning about the surcharge has either already been implemented or is on the roadmap to go live very soon.” As far as I can tell four months later, this has not happened. I searched Memorygram’s website today (9/20/26) and could not find mention of this surcharge. Instead, I see “unlimited stories,” “a one time fee,” and “up to 450 pages of memories” without mention of an additional cost. I even asked ChatGPT if Memorygram charges extra for any number of pages and it could not find the surcharge either. Some customers may not write 300+ pages, but if you plan to, be forewarned.

Though we were overall happy with Memorygram and our beautiful book, we got good help from staff, and we are hopeful they have made more improvements in the interface, we cannot 100% recommend a company that is not up front about all costs.

I had purchased this as a gift for my mom. As much as I tried, she did not want to do it. I asked MemoryGram if I could switch this to a high school memory book for my daughter, and they were very helpful in accommodating the request. This is some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I loved the interface which allowed me to either answer questions that memory gram supplied or write my stories from scratch. I chose to write from scratch and it helped to see how each page would look when I saved them.

Editing was easy, adding pictures to my text was intuitive, and I liked having choices when it came to the design of the book cover.

I think the number of pages allowed (450) was generous (I wrote 440 and surprised myself that I had that much to say) and the number of pictures allowed was also very generous!

Customer service was very professional, quick to answer my questions, and very helpful when I had a small issue. The final product was beautiful. I ordered five copies to share with my kids, my nephew, and my best friend growing up. The books turned out so nice that my friend has his copy on his coffee table in his living room.

What a great experience overall, I plan to continue to recommend to friends and family.

While I like the concept, it is NOT easy for an older adult who is in the beginning stages of having memory issues. I personally find the website itself not user friendly, and my family member had to fight to get through the process this year. In fact, she just gave up on it 9 months after starting. In her quest to regain navigation through the website she stumbled upon the price and now feels bad that I purchased it. They also hard sell her on giving it to someone else whenever she's in it. Terrible tactic, honestly. I bought it due to all these great reviews, but the entire experience - purchase, set up for gift giving, and my relative's difficulty navigating - has been way less than ideal.

I cannot say enough good things about Memorygram. Creating a legacy book is an incredibly meaningful journey, and when unexpected life hurdles came up, the team at Memorygram went above and beyond to support our family.

Their customer support team showed genuine empathy, kindness, and patience. You quickly learn the true character of a company by how they handle their customers, and Memorygram proved they truly value the people behind the stories.

The platform itself is wonderful—it makes compiling memories straightforward, the ability to pair photos with prompts brings the stories to life, and the multimedia touches make the entire project feel special. We absolutely love this company and will cherish our book forever. In an era where great customer support is rare, Memorygram stands out. I recommend them whole-heartedly to anyone looking to preserve their family's legacy.

There were several times when the site wouldn't work for anywhere from a day or two up to two weeks, and I lost a lot of riding time due to that. I also thought it was not very user friendly when I got done with my attempt to create the title page, chapters, etc. The explanations were difficult to understand. I was a school teacher for 32 years, so I think that is a fair assessment on my part.

I am not saying that the site was down, but rather that either my login information wouldn't work or the password wouldn't work or the site would say that I was not registered (my sister purchased the membership for me as a birthday gift, and there was trouble transferring it to my name) and I had to call the company and they did fix the problem, but I still lost time.

Other than getting past their own stage fright, my parents found the books easy to create. We tried to make the questions conversations and just let each parent talk. Documenting their stories was fun.
