Very prompt reply to my email queries. Supportive in drawings and checking what I needed. The sample arrived quickly and allowed me to see what the stone would look like in my front room. Product is of excellent quality. Brilliant service throughout and will be ordering my new hearth through them!

Ordered twice from Melton Stone due to price and localishness of company. Prompt delivery and a decent product.

Lovey ordered my pavers by phone with no problems at all and was delivered on the date I asked for by a very nice young lad who was so helpful and very polite ..haven’t opened them yet as with the weather at the moment I decided to leave them all wrapped till ready to use them in about four weeks time ..did have a look at one paver on top of pallet and it looks absolutely gorgeous so thank you for a great service..I’m over the moon with the whole complete service from you .

I'm really pleased with my new stone hearth, it's beautiful. Fast delivery, the only problem I had was due to being a widow with many health issues and no one to ask for help, I asked the delivery driver if he could help me get it in to the house as I was worried it would get stolen just left on the pavement outside my house, but he refused point blank.

After writing a bad review NOW they want to talk about the damaged paving they sent and refund me as 'GOOD WILL' but only If i remove honest feedback lol, should of thought of that before unprofessional emails basically telling me tuff luck mate 10% rule!
Well keep your money and VERY well earned bad review, you can add it to all the others on here!
