Really helpful on the phone. Ordering was nice and easy and they patio slabs look amazing lovely colours and none got broken when we received delivery so was well packaged

The paving stones were good quality and what we were hoping for. The prices are really competitive, and delivery was quite quick and professional, with just one slightly damaged slate (as has to be expected).
Overall I wouldn't hesitate to order from there again

Slight hiccup on first contact to order because of an out of stock situation.
We then put our order in for delivery late January/early February.
All went perfectly well, we were kept informed throughout. Delivery was very good and exactly when it was supposed to be.
Great service throughout.
Would highly recommend this company.

I ordered same samples, they were delivered very quickly, well packaged, good product. Kevin then sent me a curtesy email, very good service overall.

We placed and order with 5-7 days delivery, over 2 weeks went buy with no correspondence.
Phoned them and was told they be with me with in a few days.
Later that day received an email telling
Me i needed to pay an extra £400 as they had charged me wrong price! I declined and asked for refund,which I’m yet to receive.

We were skeptical to use them as there were so many bad reviews,we thought can’t be that bad!!! Never will I use these again,as a small groundwork’s company they have cost me time money and possibly my reputation!!!

The reviews that appear in the website are by invitation only--- Therefore only positive! Be carefull.
The order confirmation stated an estimated delivery time of 5–7 days, which was the main reason I felt comfortable placing the order. However, after the order failed to arrive within that timeframe, I later discovered in the small print that delivery could take up to 30 days. This feels very misleading, as the prominent estimate suggests a much shorter delivery window.

What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. When I contacted customer service, I was told that someone would call me back with follow-up information, but that call never happened.

Overall, the difference between the advertised estimate and the small print, combined with the failure to follow up as promised, left me quite disappointed with the service.

Really knowledgeable staff. Wasn’t sure on the best material for my garden. Got some great advice over the phone, delivery received in a few days and looks great. Just in time for some nicer weather!

Ordered product on the 19th December.
Delivery agreed with 3rd Party supplier for 6th Jan.
Delivery day came and went.
Chased up Pavingsuperstore but just said the order had got lost.
Finally delivered on 21st Jan.
Half products arrived damaged.
3rd Party Supplier agreed and refunded Pavingsuperstore.
3 months on i have still not recieved my refund

Great company to deal with and excellent service, we’re delighted with the finished product, it looks amazing 🤩 I thoroughly recommend the company and the product I bought from them.

Do not order from this company, they took my order a month ago and still have not received anything, they just pass the order onto Marshalls paving who them proceed to give delivery dates and never turn up (twice). Do not use, you have been warned

Slabs ordered 31st Dec, '4-7 working days delivery', ended up cancelling 4 weeks later on 29th Jan after excuses over delays and being told 'any day now' more than once. Told refund would be back within 10 working days, also a lie as that date has now passed. Just been told it will be another week but if you look at other reviews online this is not abnormal behaviour from them. Have opened a dispute with credit card company to recover the funds.

I ordered the same slabs from a competitor and they arrived in 4 days. They're either dishonest or just incompetent.

Ordered paving over 2 weeks ago. Endless phone calls met with promises that weren't met. I'd never use them again

Kevin was amazing. He guided me around the web site helping with the products and splitting of packs etc. Later he helped us set up a trade account (which we already had!) saving us on the price.

I ordered 60sqm of Indian stone slabs, and slurry
Order came on time and in great condition
Whole process was easy to go through with very knowledgeable and helpful staff
Will be using again on my next garden project

Great price, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery but it was sorted out quickly

Avoid this company at all costs. This has been the most infuriating order that I have ever dealt with. I wish I had read the reviews on here before realising what a mistake I'd made.

Ordered goods for a specific date, only for the delivery driver to make no serious attempt to deliver paving blocks. Subsequently requested a refund, that I have now been chasing for a month.

Despite numerous emails and calls chasing this. They keep giving me the 'this will hit your account this week' line. It appears that they think people will eventually give up trying to get their money back. Criminal!

Will now have to go through my bank or legal channels. Has been very stressful.

Awful company. Avoid.

My order was due to be delivered on a set date. That date came and I had no update so contacted PS and was told they had 'fallen out' with their courier who had the stock held. They were arranging delivery from another supplier and it should be with me on another set date and they would confirm.

These dates have come and gone with no confirmation and no one able to tell me the delivery date so we're 2 weeks after the order and I have no idea when this is arriving. I wish I had read the reviews first and avoided.

Unsurprisingly the order has still not turned up despite being promised today. If the people at paving superstore are still confused by my negative review I'd be happy to provide clarification if they'd like to call. But I'd guess that is unlikely to happen.
Some slabs arrived but they are nothing like what I ordered. Wrong sizes, wrong product. Absolute joke of a company.

I called up just before Christmas to see if I could get some slabs before the New Year. They got it all arranged and it arrived on the 29th. Will definitely use again for my driveway
