The fact that the builder picked the stone for the fire to go on and ease of ordering on line by myself was enough for me to recommend this company all the time.

The staff in thw shop were great, very informative and polite. The porclin slabs are perfect and a good price.
The only thing that wasnt great, was the the delivery. I was suppose to get a call 1 hour before so I could arrange to be on site, but instead I got an email 5 minutes before. This obviously left me with no chance of getting there.

I ordered 4 porcelain tile samples and they arrived within 3 days. This gave me the chance to make my choice and order the tile I wanted whilst it was still on offer in the sale. The ordering process was very straight forward and I received a friendly follow up email a week later.
A choice of delivery dates for my full order sealed the deal as I didn't want the tiles to arrive for a few weeks.

Brilliant reliable service would use again

Good initial price but by the time the sample arrived, the 'batch' had been sold and the price had increased by 25%! It's a shame because it's a nice tile, and the sales team did offer a 5% discount as a GOGW, but the price increase equated to nearly £1k so I had to source elsewhere.

Delivery was on time which was great , driver was very good and dropped off pallet where I asked him , I had the same porcelain slabs 12 months ago so the colour was a bit darker this time but to be expected as different batch and was explained in the notes that this can happen if you don’t purchase all at the same time , so carnt complain , happy with product
