Beware of signing up to a subscription.
I signed up to 6 month subscription for cat food in January. Six months later, I received an email saying they were about to charge my card. The price had increased almost 25% and 2 minutes after the first email, they took the payment. Obviously this was before I could do anything to cancel the payment or subscription. I emailed customer services to complain, who stalled and asked for more details, (my account number) even though they had my subscription account number in the email. In the meantime, they dispatched the cat food. They then said they could send me return instructions but seriously, who wants to cart 30Kgs of cat food anywhere to return it? I did manage to cancel my subscription online, but was told by customer services that normally you have to go through 2 subscription cycles before cancelling, even though it says you can cancel at anytime on their website. Beware.
Non existant customer service.
I placed an order and when it arrived the picker had only sent 1 tray of an eight tray order. The customer service person just decided to refund me the 7 items, but I have to wait up to 5 days for my money to purchase from another company. As a pensioner I cannot afford to wrap my money up in failed ordered items. Shame on you Medicanimal. Your service is non existant, poor, no compassion and not customer focussed. Your paying someone a lot of money just to refund me- think you have been robbed in this area. The correct duty of care would be to post out my items to complete the order in a super efficient manner to meet the customers needs. But that would require a little effort on your part. Think its time to shop elsewhere!
not impressed with the service so far!

This company is completely insane
This company is completely insane, within 2 days they increased all prices 500%, I used to buy from there every week, without any notice or emailing to the buyer, increased prices. I emailed them since I didn’t hear anything back from them.
What a strange company
What a strange company. My vet recommended a food product they provide. I tried to research the ingredients in the food, but it was impossible without first registering and giving them my personal information. Shouldn't it be the other way around, where I have enough information to evaluate the company and its products before deciding to make a purchase?

I have been receiving unsolicited emails from medic animal for the past 10 days. I have never signed up with them or bought anything from them so don’t know how they have my email. I have not clicked the unsubscribe link because I don’t trust them.

De levering verliep snel en soepel. Goed verpakt. Ik heb geen ervaring met service omdat ik kreeg wat ik had besteld.
Administratieve bende - slechte tak van engels bedrijf
Administratieve bende. Kortingen worden verkeerd gegeven: 2 weken na aankoop opeens dubbele korting, voorraden zijn niet duidelijk, afspraken worden niet nagekomen. Courier DPD bezorgt ongelooflijk slecht, botte hofters. Geld wordt automatisch van je creditcard afgeschreven zonder goedkeuring, herhaalbestelling is niet te verwijderen.

Lost service quality
I was very happy always with the service but the last orders have been a complete chaos: I was notified the day I was supposed to receive my order, that this was not going to be delivered.
It is very inconvenient specially being such a specific product.
I had to find for an alternative in a very short time in order to feed my dog who has an allergy and so this is why this product is very needed for us. Very disappointed that this already happened more than one time.

Good relation quality/price - 0 reliability
There is a good relation quality/price and when they deliver it is usually on time.
The reason for only giving 1 start it is because of the lack of reliability, in the last 3 out of 4 orders there has been an issue and there is not a good response. Causing problems specially when we it is such a specific/medical product involved.

Ik ben al jaren klant. Telkens vlotte en snelle levering. Speciaal dierenartsvoer dat duurder is bij de dierenarts zelf, vind je hier een stuk voordeliger. En dankzij de herhaalbestelling om de 2 maanden heb ik mijn kater met nierstenen zijn juiste voeding zonder gedoe in huis
