I accidentally ordered the wrong size case, however the return process was incredibly easy! I was worried returning the item and waiting for a new one would be time and money consuming, however they gave me the option to keep the case and sent me a a link to buy the correct one at a lower cost! All this within 2 days! Great customer service

Don’t waste your money I would give no stars if it was possible - paid £39.95 for a very poor quality case which is already falling apart after only a few months - absolute scam promoting these cases as Apple quality - avoid this company

I purchased an Apple phone case and it's very cheap quality. The rubber is coming off after only a few months I had a cheap $7 phone case in the past that lasted me 3 years and didn't crack like this one. I paid $65 to protect my phone and expected great quality. The rubber coming off shows the cheap plastic used to make this case and it's thin and cheap. I asked for a refund and they refused I put a claim with the better business bureau. They offered to give me a replacement. Why do I want another cheap case. I want my $65 so I could get an otter ox best quality. And cheaper. I'm wondering if they are selling fake apple cases.

I ordered my phone case from MaxPureCases bc of the price but their customer service has been phenomenal! The post office delivered my package to the wrong house so I didn’t receive my case for over a month. MaxPureCases was responsive and helpful to each email I sent as I negotiated the USPS search process. When the case was finally found, I realized I had ordered the wrong size case! The company offered to replace the case at no additional cost, other than the shipping cost for the new case. I would definitely order from MaxPureCases again and highly recommend them!

I bought the wrong phone case... I emailed them and they were quick to response and helpful. I got my new case for free (only having to pay for the shipping cost). I thought this was so thoughtful and kind. I will definitely shop here again.

I bought a genuine leather case three months ago, and it has already started to peel. I really regret buying it and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
