I made a mistake when placing an order. I ordered the wrong size case for my phone. This was my mistake but they were very understanding and helped me in a big way to get me what I needed. Very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

When I did not get the email with the offer of 15% off my first purchase, I went ahead and ordered the case anyway. I contacted the company asking if they could retroactively apply the 15%. There response was immediate, and they made it right by giving me a 30% discount instead with a very clear explanation of why. For me, a very unusual but much appreciated response.

I am happy to buy my case with you guys. The team help me to my exchange quickly.

Disappointing quality and customer service

I purchased a Max Pure Cases phone case for £39.99 in January 2025. After just five months of normal use, the case developed splits.

I contacted the company and, on 18 June 2025, they told me in writing that the case “should last, with normal use, for years.” They subsequently sent me a replacement in July 2025.

Unfortunately, the replacement has now also deteriorated. By February 2026, after only around seven months of normal use, it was showing significant signs of wear.

I have since tried contacting the company again but have received no response.

I find this particularly disappointing given that I was specifically told the case should last for years. I would expect a £39.99 phone case to be considerably more durable, especially after the company itself acknowledged the expected lifespan.

I am currently seeking a refund, but the lack of response from customer service has been very frustrating.

Poor durability and, more importantly, disappointing customer service when trying to resolve the issue.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The people at Max pure cases are incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. There was an error on my order entirely due to my mistake, but they were very kind and accommodating and helped me get the product I needed. Highly recommend Max pure cases. I’m a customer for life.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size case and with quality cases such as these I was so pleasantly surprised how quickly Max Pure Cases reduced the issue and has a new case in the way. It’s easy to get scammed these days and reputable companies deserve to be recognized! If buy from Max Pure Cases AGAIN!
