Fantastic customer service, handled my query speedy with no stress. Could not recommend enough.

Thought I was buying a genuine Apple case for $60 but instead got a replica which feels flimsy and won’t last - very disappointed. I purchased for the bright yellow case as Apple don’t sell anymore for my iPhone 16 pro max. Should have purchased a boring colour but genuine Apple case. Live and learn .

Beispiel: Bestellt war ein Apple Leather Case für iPhone 13 mini in „Midnight“, geliefert wurde eine Hülle in „Black“ (gab es von Apple gar nicht für das 13 mini) mit einer Artikelnummer auf der Verpackung, die auf eine Hülle für ein iPhone 12 in „California Poppy“ verweist. Email-Antworten sind pampig, Rückabwicklung offensichtlich nicht vorgesehen.

I ordered the wrong case. They let me keep the wrong one and shipped out the one i needed at a minimal cost.

I had a great experience with Max Pure Cases! It’s not easy to find covers and screen protectors for my iPhone 13 mini, but they had stock available at good prices. What really impressed me was their excellent customer service. Even when I accidentally ordered the wrong covers, they were more than happy to help me sort it out promptly and professionally.

I inadvertently ordered an incorrect item and requested an exchange. Rather than subjecting me to the cost & hassle of international shipping, they just sent me the item I should have ordered at no cost. I paid only the cost of shipping & could keep the original item. All handled within a couple of hours of my request. An excellent response to an issue which was in no way their fault. The item itself is as described and delivery was prompt

I ordered a case for my iPhone 15 Pro and somehow ended up with one for the ProMax. I am not sure how that happened but it looks like it was on the original receipt, so it's possible it could have been user error. Either way, the team at MaxPure sent me an expedited replacement at a discounted rate, so that was helpful.

I recently purchased a case didn’t even have it for a week and it snapped on the side in which I emailed the company and with no issues. They are sending me a replacement after showing photos. They were very helpful and I highly recommend.

Actually, having a seamless process on receiving a replacement for my defective product. Ness was so helpful and understanding even though I was slightly out of warranty, he authorized a replacement and it’s now attached to my iPhone. My only complaint would be the length of time in shipping it took for both the original and replacement to arrive. I am not quite sure why that might be? However I did notice text that mentioned the EU and their warehouse, perhaps that is where the item came from?

After I made a mistake with my order, I contacted customer service, which was extremely responsive and resolved my issue right away. I was already impressed by the quality of the products, and now I'm even more so.

The Customer service amazed me. I ordered the wrong iPhone case and when I contacted the company for an exchange or refund they contacted me within minutes and like magic the iPhone case I needed was ordered at almost no cost to me. That kind of customer service doesn’t happen often.

I made a mistake when I ordered and ended up receiving something I didn’t want, totally my fault and they were so good about it! They replied promptly, came up with a fair solution and I ended up getting what I wanted. Thank you
