Don't waste a single cent on these clowns. They’re running a blatant scam selling "Apple" cases that are actually bottom-tier, low-quality garbage you’d find in a dumpster. Their "satisfaction guarantee" is a total joke.

They ignored me for weeks like cowards until I threatened a chargeback. Suddenly, they developed the ability to type, only to tell me I had to pay my own shipping to send their fake trash back to Bulgaria—a detail they conveniently hid during the sale. When I finally called my bank to get my money back, they had the audacity to email me and call me a thief. Well, the joke is on them: my bank sided with me, I got my refund, and they can keep their counterfeit junk. Stay far away from these losers.

I ordered the wrong phone case and Max Pure Cases sent me a replacement for free. They were absolutely great!

I had ordered the wrong case and had already got it out of its original packing, the company was understanding and was willing to send the correct case at a reduced price and let me keep the one that I had ordered by mistake. Super timely in response and greatly appreciated their kindness.

I ordered the wrong size case for my iPhone 16 pro and didn’t realize it until I received it. Not only did they offer to replace it for the correct size but didn’t charge me, all I had to pay was the shipping. They told me to keep the other case as a gift for someone else.

Great customer support for exchanges!

I accidentally ordered the wrong case size and they graciously are sending me the correct size without needing to take all the steps to exchange the other one. Very impressed by their customer service.

I ordered the wrong case and MaxPureCases sent me a replacement free of charge and didn't require me to return the wrong case. They made it very easy.

I initially had some issues to begin with as I ordered the wrong case and I noticed this after I had paid for the item and I was sent the appropriate paperwork in an email. I contacted Customer Services and they immediately solved the problem and sent me the right phone case. I found the person I dealt with to be professional and understood his customers needs, my experience was excellent and the customer services were also absolutely excellent. I was really happy with the outcome. I would recommend without doubt.

I had an ordering issue ( my fault ) the company responded quickly with a solution. What more can you ask for.

If I could leave no stars I would. I do not believe that I received a genuine Apple iPhone case - feels completely different material to the Apple one I have. If you wish to return an item it needs to be sent to Serbia at your own expense. Avoid at all costs.

SCAM! Do not purchase - complete counterfeit items and no response. Contact your the Wyoming Attorney general's office to file a formal complaint.
