The response time was very quick, my helper was Kevin and he was very understanding. They also sent a new battery for free like they promised. The battery arrived quickly.

Amazing FF BELT board, never ever used a board or skate in my life and this is amazing as a first and long term board. Had some issues with the ESC after ~2 months of use, but hats off to the support team especially Kevin, he helped me out on replacing the parts and also quick response time. The Cloudwheels are worth every penny.

Really can't fault this FF AT board with such a quality build at a great price. It's reliable and just works. But I try to start moving uphill while off-road it will have some difficulty. However, this can be prevented by starting on a flat gradient then turning into the hill to travel up. Riding this board off-road felt like surfing through a field with trees flying past, there's nothing else really like this. It really excels on sealed surfaces and is built for curving. Never owned any kind of board, purchased this one. Now I'm hooked.

The Maxfind brand has excellent customer service. I ordered a MAX2 PRO dual drive, unfortunately it was out of stock in Europe and so customer service changed my order to a higher model MAX2 PRO X for free.
This is something that is not common and I am glad I chose Maxfind.

I contacted Maxfind to get the status on my order and the tracking number. Kevin responded quickly and provided me with all the information I needed.

The worst experience ever... It all started with the website where choosing an option changes the price but th options of the better board stays visible. After trying to cancel the order via email one minute after the order, nothing happened anf the goods are shipped a few days later. I tried to investigate and got responses that it will happen in a few days even the goods are on their way to me. But after i sent them back also no refund happened. Only after 2 weeks of daily writing and writing that i will give a bad review a refund happened. In the end happily i got my money back. And after waiting nearyly 2 months for my money i should delete the review because i got my money back... Thanks for that but it was a fault from you and not from me, and this is my statement and my review with your company.

Never again maxfind. The guys from maxfind sent my order more than six months later. The support was already lousy during this time. Ever since I demonstrably returned the order and the package was sent back to the warehouse, the support has been very poor. They don't want to refund my money. I have been asking for months about the current status. I am always put off again. No help from them for months.

Helpful support! I haven't tried their belt motor boards, but I have 2 hub motor boards (FF AT and FF Plus) and would recommend them! I have a large collection of eskate boards from many manufacturers, but these hub motor boards with solid tires are quiet, reliable, great for all around use if you can only choose 1 board.

Fine on pavement, super fun sliding around on simple dirt roads.

(for FF AT, to fully reset remote, while remote and board are on/paired you should hold down the power button on both remote and board at the same time.)

There was a problem with the battery charging, I sent an email to Maxfind, they instantly responded requesting a short video of the issue which I did, once again a quick response from Maxfind, to say they are sending me a new battery.
Without a doubt this is exceptional customer service.

The experience was effortless and easy just the way I like it. Service was prompt and effective.

I had contacted them for a replacement part, as my belt snapped when riding. They arranged to send me a replacement belt free of charge. Always appreciated.

j'ai réalisé 2 achat sur le site de maxfind, le 18/09/2023 et le 19/09/2023. Suite à un accident, j'ai demandé à annuler ma commande. Le service client à alors accepté ma demande de remboursement. Jusque là, tout était honnête. Le problème est que nous sommes actuellement le 13/11/2023 et qu'aucun remboursement n'a été réalisé. Je n'ai donc ni ma commande, ni mon argent.

Je suis en colère car le service client ne répond plus et laisse une sensation d'escroquerie.

Retour négatif au bout de 3 semaines après ma commande chez Maxfind(actuellement nous sommes le 13/10/2023 et ma commande date du 25/09/2023. Ma commande n’est jamais partie de l’entrepôt et Maxfind ignore mes derniers messages qui demande le remboursement de mon achat. Fuyez le site Maxfind c’est un conseil
