J'ai commandé le nouveau Max6 l'année dernière. Franchement, la qualité des matériaux sont clairement au rendez-vous.
Pour arriver chez moi, il faut gravir une pente à 12% sur une centaine de mètres.
La Max6 monte sans problème. (Je fais 82 kilos).

Maxfind ha dejado de responder a mis correos por completo. Pésimo servicio al cliente y productos que se rompen. Ya he gastado 800 euros.
Compré una tabla en Maxfind el 15 de agosto de 2024. Tardó hasta el 22 de octubre de 2024. A la semana de usarla, el rodamiento del eje trasero giró, lo que rompió el motor. Maxfind aceptó que era un fallo de fabricación y me envió piezas nuevas. Trabajan con la aduana en España, a la que he enviado todos los documentos necesarios para que las liberen. Dicen que, debido a "factores ajenos a su control", no liberarán las piezas y han dejado de responder a mis correos. Maxfind también ha dejado de ayudarme con este problema por completo.
Ahora tengo una tabla que no funciona y no hay forma de arreglarla.

Maxfind has cost effective boards that are reliable and have no issues and has really smooth control, they take their time to release products and don’t rush like other brands too and release a bad batch .They have great customer service and have been kind and very responsive I think their shipping is pretty great in comparison to other companies where I’ve easily had to wait double the time wether it’s parts or accessories .This makes them worth the buy cause you’re able to receive your board or replacement part and get back to riding and enjoying their great boards , great job Maxfind.

j'ai acheté un FF BELT juin 2024, ce dernier m'a été livré en septembre 2024 et aujourd'hui en février 2025 un moteur ne marche plus. on m'a demander des vidéos pour justifié de la panne, chose que j'ai fait( 3 vidéos envoyer ) et aujourd'hui après m'avoir mené en bateau pendant des semaines d'échange sur WhatsApp on me dit que le moteur n'ai pas garanti. je pense qu'un moteur est essentiel pour le fonctionnement d'un skate et non accessoire. En plus des délais à rallonge de plusieurs semaines voir des mois pour avoir des pieces détachées, quand ce n'ai pas le nouvelle an chinois c'est autre chose comme un pic saison par exemple. Pour toutes ces raisons je déconseille fortement cette marque.

Bought a board which is in clearance sale and isn't available in my Location (didn't saw that befour I payed), Support Contacted me and offered the newer Version for a Social Media Post which seems fair because the new board is about 50 buck more expensive. Thx Maxfind for the easy experience

I bought a Max 6 in May and received it at the end of June. I rode it about 6 times and it complete died.
After numerous emails back and forth maxfind did send out a new motherboard, a new battery, new fiberglass plate and grip tape. Now this is where things go down hill.
The battery that was in the board was blue and smaller, looks like an LG from their website, which has three connectors on it. The battery and motherboard they sent were completely different than what was inside the board. The battery was a samsung with two connectors, power and an XT30 connector to charge it. I sent them numerous emails and we corresponded through WhatsApp and they kept telling me I was hooking it up wrong. After finally proving to them that I could not hook up the charging port, and obviously talking to someone that knew what I was saying, they never apologized just said, "if we send you a new board will that make you happy"?
That was over a week ago and nothing. I ended up just buying and xt30 connector from Amazon and a new charger, as I told then repeatedly the charger was also fried, and just fixed it myself.
Never, ever, ever buy from this company. They will also threaten with a lawsuit, which I have screenshots of if you leave a bad review.
I was told if I took down all the negative reviews they would send a new board. I initially said not until I recieve the new board, but ended up caving as they said they had boards in Canada and would ship me one. After all the reviews were deleted they then said I had to send the old board back before they would even send the new board and that the new board wasn't through customs.
I have been dealing with this for over 2 months, have all the emails, and no way am I sending the board back so I have to wait another 2-3 weeks before I even recieve a new board.
Warning, stay far away from maxfind. At least I have this one working, but as soon as it's dead, I'm done. Get something more reliable and definitely do more research.
Response to Maxfind. If i was a fraudster how would I have emails from Maxfind Dawn? I have all the receipts in my email and you have nit responded back.
Update 2. I have every single email from Maxfind Dawn, even stating they would send a new board. I have the board ripped apart and pictures of everything. How can this company flag this as fraudulent when I have all the evidence. They have not emailed me to correct this in over a week.
Update 3: Maxfind did contact me but refused to do anything until I removed the review. I refused to remove the review until I recieve a new board and they booted me out of their Facebook group and have stopped responding to emails. The reason I refused was because I had preciously wrote a review, was promised a new board if review was deleted, deleted the review and they stopped responding.
I think people need to see that spending nearly $800 Canadian, having it die after 6 times, replacement parts that don't work and the company refusing to replace the board is a valid complaint.

J'ai commandé leur nouveau produit Max6 le 19 mai. Aucune information sur la livraison n'était affiché, depuis juin le délai est constamment repoussé de 15 jours, prétextant un dédouanement plus long que prévu. Nous sommes le 15 août et je n'ai toujours rien reçu.
Étonnamment personne ne se plaint sur les réseaux, et pour cause, chaque message négatif est supprimé.
EDIT :
Réception ce jour le 26/08, le produit est beau et plutôt bien fini.
La qualité semble au rdv, a voir l'évolution du produit avec le temps.
Dommage pour le délai en prévente beaucoup trop long et surtout sans information au client.
Sinon le reste est très bien.

Overall the worst experience I've had as an online shopper. I ordered the Maxfind FF plus back in 2020. After months of delays, UPS trackings that didn't work, and customer service that barely could speak english, they promised me a refund.
The refund never came. And in the end they just stopped replying to my emails and taking my calls.
Dealing with this company cost me over $1200. What did I get for my money? Stress, lackluster customer service, ghosting - everything but the electric skateboard I ordered. My advice is stay away.

The time zone difference causing replies to be delayed is my only issue. The maxfind rep (dawn) replied to my initial email a day later and offered a discount on a battery, which they believed to be the issue. Upon providing them proof that I had in fact just purchased a new battery 2 months ago, they just provided the new battery! Hopefully I don't need customer support again but I know they're there if I do!
