Avoid. I purchased items back in July and they have still to arrive. The tracking link they have sent doesn't work. I highly doubt my items were even sent in the first place. They have been responding to emails but all they do is apologise and say there are courier delays. No response when I enquired about the cancellation policy

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY – ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

I honestly wish I had read the Trustpilot reviews before ordering from this company. If I had, I would never have gone anywhere near them. Looking through the reviews now, it is genuinely shocking how many customers appear to be experiencing the exact same story.
I placed my order for a dress on 12th August. It is now 6th October, and I STILL have not received my order.

I have contacted this company repeatedly and have given them more than enough opportunities to do the decent thing, acknowledge that my parcel has clearly been lost and issue me with a full refund. Instead, I keep getting the same pathetic excuse: “It’s with the courier.”

How long do you actually expect someone to wait? Two months? Three months? Six months? At what point does this company take responsibility and admit that the parcel is clearly not arriving?

And frankly, I am now questioning whether the parcel was ever genuinely dispatched in the first place.

What is particularly concerning is that they were responding to my emails until early September. Since then, despite me sending multiple emails asking for an update and explicitly requesting a full refund, they have simply stopped responding altogether.

That is completely unacceptable.
The pattern is extremely concerning: an order is apparently “dispatched”, a customer receives a shipping notification, the parcel then supposedly becomes stuck with the courier, and when the customer asks for their money back, they are given endless excuses until eventually their emails are ignored.

Based on my experience and the huge number of similar complaints, I cannot help but feel that this is a deliberate pattern of behaviour rather than an isolated mistake. It is incredibly suspicious, and I genuinely question whether customers are being given legitimate shipping information at all.
I have been patient. I have been reasonable. I have contacted them repeatedly. I have given them ample opportunity to put this right.

They have failed at every stage.
No dress. No refund. No communication. No accountability.

At this point, I don't want another excuse about a courier. I don't want another generic response telling me to wait. I want the money I paid for an order that I never received.

If you are thinking about ordering from this company, READ THE REVIEWS FIRST. I made the mistake of trusting them without doing so, and I am now having to chase them for money for an item that has never arrived.
Absolutely appalling customer service and one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.

Ordered over a month ago and no delivery updates, and item has not been delivered. I’ve emailed numerous times and had no response. Very annoying as the item I bought was for an occasion and was expensive.

Order placed 20th July and still hasn't arrived, I have since requested a refund and given plenty of notice but I haven't been refunded and my emails no longer get answered.

Stay well clear, never received my order, I was told there was nothing they could do as it was still in transit, now 5 months, no order no refund.

Was told my parcel was delayed, 3 weeks later there was still no sign of it and received nothing when I contacted the customer service. I have contacted my bank and received a refund as I feel like this company is a scam and doesn’t have any products to ship.

This company is worse than bad: it is operating in a way that may be criminal. I bought a faux leather jacklet from them on 11.5.26. It never arrived. I emailed several times and was told it was on the way. After several months, I asked for a refund. They refused to give me a refund. I wonder how many other people have had a similarly bad experience? I am now trying to recover my money as well as bringing my experience to the notice of Traing Standards, The Financial Ombudsman, etc. Think really hard before buying anything from Mavienzo

Ordered a shirt 8 weeks ago and not yet received and no response to 3 emails send so far. I now believe this is a scam and the website should be closed and flagged as a scam .

Hilarious- this company could improve by actually existing. Read the reviews? You pay for an item and never receive it. Should not be allowed to promote a buisness which does not exist. Those responsible for allowing it on their platforms should act accordingly and take it off air.

Stay clear of this company! Fortunately I’ve only lost £19.99. I ordered a shirt and after 5 weeks it’s not arrived.
Items are sent from China which isn’t made clear in the website. Nothing more than another TEMU or AliExpress, however at least those items arrive

I ordered a shirt £29.99 , got an email with a fake tracking number . Have written to the company three times, I got completely ignored, I contacted my bank have have had a charge back payment while the bank pursues the issue..it is a scam site , they take payment then completely ignore the buyer and dont send the goods you paid and ordered. Steer clear of this scam website.

SCAMMER! DO NOT BUY from them! They take your money, send you a fake tracking number and do not supply the goods. Ordered 6th of June, now August 14th and nothing to show for the money I paid.

Do not order from this website. Absolute scam. Waited 4 weeks for an item that doesn't even have a tracking number. Absolute disgrace

Avoid ordering anything from this site. They take your money and inform you the goods are being shipped however the tracking number is none existent. Ordered some boots early June and still not received. Do not waste your money. Disgraceful how they treat customers 😡

Terrible service. I don't know if it even exists. Do they sell real products or just images? Waited for an order for over 45 days now, fake shipping link that took me nowhere. All it is, is a pretty good damn proper fake web store. Avoid this site like the plague!!
