Even one star is too much
Even one star is too much. I have purchased a spring kind of jacket from them, the quality is so bad especially for the price of £49.95.
When I wanted to return it I found out that the return address is in China and the cost for sending back is £25. The address mentioned on their website is the Netherlands. Yes they tell you that the customer bears the cost for returning but do not tell you that this is in China!
I will never buy from them, such a bad experience.

Great customer service
I ordered a jacket for my daughter and when it arrived I had a problem. I emailed maravine right away and within the day they emailed me back. Overall, I am really happy with how they handled my query and quickly they responded! Thank you so much for helping me!

I ordered from this company, the order took ages to arrive plus the quality is EXTREMELY poor, on the website it gives a look that it is fitted and good quality however the fit and quality are awful. I would not recommend buying from here. The top is extremely oversize and the bottoms are small, again I wouldn’t recommend ordering.

I have had the worst experience with this company.. my "High Quality" faux leather Sophia Jacket took over 30 days to arrive and when it did arrive it was certainly NOT as pictured, instead it was very poor thin quality, had NO label and it had the most awful fishy SMELL to it.
I am EXTREMLEY disappointed and if I could would have given this negative stars.
WHATS WORSE.. I have been told that I need to return the jacket to CHINA AT MY OWN EXPENSE, which will cost more than the jacket itself!!!
This is not what I had expected from a new company that has a great website.
SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME & SANITY - AVOID like the plague

Ordered two jumpers from this company
Ordered two jumpers from this company. They came from China! No labels on them Ill fitting. Do not touch them with a barge pole. Don’t like giving refunds out and I’m not sending items back as too expensive. Lesson learned. 😡given to charity instead.

The jacket looks great and feels warm…
The jacket looks great and feels warm enough for everyday wear, especially for city use. I really like the fit and the overall style. That said, I expected the material to feel a bit thicker for colder days, and the sizing runs slightly smaller than I anticipated.
