UNA TRUFFA!!!!!! Ho acquistato da questo sito il 12 marzo e dopo un mese ho chiesto informazioni sul mio pacco, non avendo ricevuto alcuna notizia sul tracciamento. Mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero volute 8 settimane perché si trattava di prodotti fatti a mano, il che era ragionevole. Ho aspettato 8 settimane e, giustamente, mi sono stancata di aspettare e ho richiesto un rimborso immediato. Lo stesso giorno ho ricevuto un'email che minacciava una fuga di dati, VERGOGNOSO. Da quel giorno in poi, nessuna risposta e solo prese in giro: prima la fondatrice ha inviato un messaggio dicendo che avrebbe risolto personalmente il problema, ma successivamente la mia risposta non ho avuto più sue notizie, e dopo il servizio clienti ha risposto a un'altra mia email dove chiedevo il rimborso non avendo mai ricevuto il pacco dicendo che "l'ordine richiederà 6-8 settimane per essere elaborato", il che non aveva assolutamente nulla a che fare con quanto avevo scritto nel messaggio. In breve, una presa in giro completa e totale. Non ho mai ricevuto la merce e nemmeno un rimborso, SCANDALOSO. Inoltre, per non dimenticarsene, ho scritto a loro sui social e anche lì 0 risposte, la fondatrice prima chiede di scrivere in inglese e dopo scompare.

I want to address both parts of your review directly.
Regarding your order, please email us at orders@maisonzee.com and I will personally ensure this is resolved for you immediately. No customer should be left without their order or a refund and I take full responsibility for making this right.
Regarding the email you received, this was sent by a former contractor without our knowledge or authorisation. She exported customer data after her contract ended and used it to send threatening and entirely false communications. This has been formally reported to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), case reference IC-514842-Q0L1, and legal action is being pursued.
I want to be clear, every claim she made about Maison Zee was fabricated. We do not and have never withheld payment from anyone who has worked with us.
I also want to say this, I built Maison Zee publicly, with my face, my name and my story at the front of everything. I am on Instagram, TikTok and across social media every single day and I have always been reachable directly. A founder who is a fraud does not show up like that. I have nothing to hide and everything to protect, including you, my customer.

I have had back and forth across probably 20 emails - no refund. My products that did arrive were damaged and I was told I would get a refund for them guess what … no refund. Please please please give me my refund I have not only paid for damaged products I’ve paid for missing products. Date of experience - November 2025 - May 2026

I also want to address something important for anyone reading this review. Maison Zee did experience a fulfilment disruption in late 2025 caused by a supplier delay that impacted a number of orders. This was not acceptable and I have taken full responsibility for it. Every outstanding order and refund is being worked through personally by me.
I want to be transparent, I am a founder who shows up publicly every single day on Instagram and TikTok. I have nothing to hide and everything to prove. If you have been affected please reach out directly and I will make it right.

I do not recommend
I ordered on February 2nd and still haven’t received my package. First I was told the order was shipped, then suddenly the items were “out of stock.” I asked for a refund, but after weeks I still haven’t received any money or shipment. I’ve sent several emails and nobody has replied for over a week. Worst experience ever — do not recommend.

I’ve been using the Hammam bundle from Maison Zee consistently for about a year now, and I genuinely love it. I repurchase it regularly and have built it into my routine every second Sunday. it’s become my little self-care ritual.
The exfoliating glove is honestly the standout for me. My skin has never felt smoother or looked better. Since moving to the UK and dealing with hard water, my skin really struggled, but this routine has completely transformed it. It leaves my skin feeling clean, soft, and refreshed every single time.
Speaking purely from a product perspective the quality and results are amazing. For me, it’s been 100% worth it, and I’ll definitely keep repurchasing.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered and had to wait nearly a month for the order. After consistent back and forth I finally received. No good gesture of refund, only excuses about product shipping delays. If you are going to advertise your product on an offer and it still be advertised whilst I am awaiting my order this is terrible service. You as a company should understand stock and have a back up for things not going too plan. You should not expect your customers to just accept when it’s way over your own stated delivery period.
Edit - they have now advised I ordered on pre order. That was incorrect. I was told AFTER my order - when I complained they had not sent my order yet they were still advertising bundles- and had ‘50 left in stock’ however I was still waiting on mine . I was also advised it was a shipping error that I was waiting on. So is it a shipping delay or a pre order? . ‘The only item affected was the kessa glove’ - that’s one of the main components! How else am I supposed to slough the dead skin away? I have the full email thread I am happy to share since you are trying to shy away from any blame !

We do want to share the full picture for transparency. Your order was placed as a preorder, which carries a stated lead time of up to 8 weeks. Your bundle was dispatched just 13 days after ordering — well within that window and significantly ahead of the stated timeframe.
The only item affected was the Kessa Glove, which was delayed due to a supplier issue outside of our control. Rather than ask you to wait, we dispatched the rest of your order immediately, kept you updated throughout, and sent your Kessa as a priority the moment stock arrived. Store credit was also added to your account as a gesture of goodwill.
We have also reached out to you personally and would love to hear from you directly so we can make sure you feel truly taken care of.
We hope you are now enjoying your full Maison Zee ritual, that is what we are here for.

Absolutely no honesty or transparency. I placed an order in November and had so many broken promises for delivery times. I was so excited about this company and their products but it is unacceptable to take people's money and then stop replying to genuine queries.
