Can anybody still trust this company?
Hi. I saw this product on Google and immediately went to Trust Pilot to check how legit this company is. Unfortunately I saw that their 1 star rating is the feedback from most people who bought the product. What I can not understand is the fact that there was a customer that bought in December 2025 and by June 2026 they have still not received their product.
How can you still advertise your product, but you are six months behind schedule? I do not think that you have any concern about service you deliver. More than one person complained about the product they received, compared to the size that was advertised, but not on one of the feedbacks that came from MagnetChess addressed this. How can anybody trust this company, because it seems as nothing has changed since last year.

The product arrived after 16 days
The product arrived after 16 days. It was as described. The only issue I had was the company sending me emails after 7 days from date of order, asking me how I was enjoying it. It did make me wonder if it had gone missing. But after reaching out to the company, they sent me a tracking link, this showed that the product had been collected by the delivery team. It arrived two days after that.
Was well packaged. Overall I’m happy 😊

An Order Made Right
There was confusion on Magnet Chess’ part. They said that they had delivered our games (5 of them). I never received the delivery. I contacted Magnet Chess. Ash was very helpful. It may of taken a while to get my games, but they finally arrived on the mail. Thank you Ash for helping me and assuring that my order was delivered.

Vendor corrected 3rd party mistake
There was in issue with receiving order that was NOT the fault of the vendor, MagnetChess. However, the vendor came through for me and I finally received my order. I am happy.

Do not place an order with this company...Total scam.
Ordered before Christmas...Got the email that others got...We are over whelmed. Reached out sometime in February...only to be told it was delivered Jan 31 and that "I should look around my property". Or "Check with my local Logistics Provider". Never once was a refund or replacement order offered. The I get a random email in August from them again asking if I got my order. They are absurd! I sorry I had to give them one star as they do not even deserve that.

Can I give 0 stars? Never came and got the run around & gas lighting that never ends. I’d dropped the issue since I never got the goods, and they are still emailing me on Loop the same BS over and over again telling me it was delivered and I need to make a claim with the shipping courier. Can’t believe they are keeping the charade going even when I stopped trying.

AI-slop company that fooled me into buying their product. If you look for magnetic chess on amazon, ebay, allegro or any other online retailer you will find EXACTLY the same stuff at 20% of the price. After getting 3 bags of magnetchess (because it was supposed to be cool Swedish thing) shipped from china, with poor quality, every bag different I knew something was up. Only then I started the 'scam' research and figured out i got scammed. Ah I tell you, the world is ever worse.

Quality plus fun factor
My grandchildren and my adult children all really enjoy playing. I was kind of worried about ordering online but super happy I did. I ordered three sets last Christmas and will probably order three more. Great for little gifts. My 3 year old plays against me, 65 years so fun to teach and good quality.

Delivery issue, no fault of Magnet Chess
I ordered 2 sets. Got worried after not receiving parcel quite a while after they sent it. However, it turned out to be human error with the delivery person at the New Zealand end, plus a ripped Address label. I tracked it down. No fault of Magnet Chess Shop.
