I just purchased a case with screen protector.
Issue- the bottom corner never stood with the adhesive to the screen. It kept couching on just about everything.
Response- was great, they did there due diligence, I said my side.
I was told a new screen protector was on its way.
I thought the process was solid.

The case is great
The case is great. I had a problem with the screen protector peeling off on the top left corner so I had to take it because dirt got under it. I left a comment on one of the posts on instagram and in less than a day was contacted by a representative. And they are getting a new one sent to me. A real stand up company. Every time I get a new phone I will be getting a MagBak.

Top notch customer service!
Their customer service is absolutely top notch. I was out of my warranty period and my case had broke on the back where the finger loop is. Without hesitation, they offered to replace it for free. I didn't expect that at all, but I am super grateful and will forever be loyal to MagBak!

REALLY impressed with this company‘s customer service. I contacted them via Instagram to ask about BUYING a replacement camera surround (mine broke) because I could not find one to buy on their website. They responded within the hour, and not only sent me a new camera surround for free, but issued me a refund (on their own initiative) for a button set I had recently ordered to replace a broken button because they said I should not have had to buy that because the phone was still under warranty. That’s way more than I even asked for! It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a company go above and beyond like that and it was very refreshing.
PS. My case (MagBak Elite for iPhone Pro Max) is great too!

Perfect All Around Case

Excellent quality products
Excellent quality products. There is a lot of care put into the quality of what they sell. I personally got the Elite phone case & 3 in 1 phone stand and couldn't be happier. There was an initial issue with one of my items but customer service immediately sent me a replacement without delay.
They are definitely pricer than other options but you absolutely get the quality and top tier customer support.

Fantastic Product and Service
The case is a well thought out product. I have the elite case for an iPhone 17 Pro. It provides great protection and usability. The finger loop, kickstand, and magnetic back are frequently used from the office to the shop and everywhere in between. The finger loop developed a tear after about 5 months. I contacted them and they very quickly arranged for a replacement. Their service compliments their product to create an all around fantastic experience.

Absolute garbage and over priced
Absolute garbage and over priced. Used on iPhone 17 pro max. The volume buttons fell off after one day and by day three the power button fell off. Cases for a fraction of the price are much more durable.

Incredible drop protection for size
Incredible drop protection for size. Included Screen Protector and installation kit. Don't waste your money on Apple cases. MagBak is so much better in every way yet retains all the apple charging features. How many times have you set your phone down only to scratch the screen or forget where it is. MagBak completely eliminates this. I put a MagStick in Car and Bedroom. It sticks solid to all metal..think appliances, car fender, fence post, tool box, office cubical. Great customer service that is in USA and actually cares.

Great product and even better customer service. I have the Elite iPhone case, and it truly does it all. I love the loop, the magnets, and the built-in kickstand. A couple of parts eventually wore out, and MagBak took great care of me and made the process easy. I also purchased the Tesla magnetic charger, and it’s extremely high quality and works flawlessly.

S26 ultra, almost perfect.
Love the design where the S26 ultra phone case is customisable. Favourite stand out part is the finger loop. Material feels good and such a great idea that the loop can push back in and won't interfere with the phone attachment to the magnetic charger. However the finger loop broke unexpectedly with normal use within a month. Customer service was great, they're sending replacement.
The phone case magnet is indeed strong that it is a good thing but also not too good when it interfere with the S pen function at certain area of the phone. The case is great that it has the kick stand for when you need it and accessories that you can add on. I really love the free screen protector it comes with. Its one of the best screen protector I ever used and such a smart way to install it without any professional help. So easy! I like that you can attach a strap on the case and like the magnetic wallet attachment too. Finger rest is great too but wish its not just black. The customised kit doesn't come with a coloured finger rest. The one thing I'm worried about it the camera lens, just feel like the cover might not protect the lens enough. I don't really want to use the lens cover from Magbak just in case it affect the photo quality.

Impressive in Many Aspects!
Excellent products, great customer service. The only failure of their product was due to clumsiness on my part. They still replaced the case even though the warranty was expired! I had every intention on purchasing what was necessary to fix my case but was very pleasantly surprised by an immediate offer to replace the case in exchange for pics of the damage.
I would recommend MagBak to anybody looking for a high quality magnetic phone case, or accessories. I will be purchasing another case from them when I inevitably upgrade my phone!

The MagBak for the Tesla Model S/X is amazing. It is perfectly angled for the driver unlike others. The fast charging is great and better than the Tesla built-in charger that overheats every time I try to use it.

Things fall apart
I bought the iPhone 16 case for the charging capabilities and the stand. However, planned obsolesence and 18 months later the case has basically disintergrated. First the kick stand broke, then the soft plastic charger cover, then the literal plastic of the case. Now the intertiorer softer plastic just completely seperated from the case, not to mention it looks dingy after the plastic rubs off. After the warranty, just like the planned.
The customer service is a bot and was not super responsive.
Will not be purchasing another product from them. (Date of experience is when the case began to break apart)
