The customer service was great. I messaged MagBak on Instagram and got a response quickly and not only that they helped me out ! Also the rim protector’s are the most intelligent AND inexpensive thing to add to a Tesla for a better look and rim safety !!! EVERY TESLA NEEDS MAGBAK !! Best Case on the Market, Great Cust Service
I've been a customer of for quite a while now and I think I’ve purchased 5 or 6 of their cases over the years.
They’ve consistently been super high quality, and what really stands out is how well they stand behind their products. The finger loop on my MagBak Elite case recently broke, and they immediately sent out a replacement with zero hassle.
Their screen protectors are also excellent, and the applicator system they use is honestly one of the best I’ve seen. Super easy installation and great fit every time.
Highly recommend the company, the products, and the customer service.

Amazing cases and next level customer service
The Elite cases are the best cases I’ve ever come across. I’ve never find another that is thin and yet the finger loop doesn’t stick out and it doesn’t hurt your finger like the metal types. I like being able to change colour accent when I feel like it and the finger cushion is genius, even if it doesn’t stay closed easily.
The customer service is NEXT LEVEL. Very responsive, helpful and friendly. Great warranty service also. Highly Recommend!

I informed them they stand behind their products, even though the warranty expired they gave me a discount. So I purchased another one. I will continue to buy products from them. The quality of the cases are trash
The quality of the cases are trash, they don't last longer than 6 months without breaking, not because of being dropped but because the quality of the plastic material is horrible, Ive purchased 2 cases and have received a 3rd through the warranty process, I will no longer be using their products. Customer service was fine, they will not send me a new case which is still within the year of receiving, but they base their warranty on the original product not the replacement they had to send.

Magbak elite phone case dropped on cement and there is zero damage
I received the elite case 1 week ago and dropped the phone case onto a rough road today. I am relieved to say there is zero damage. Not only is the phone screen okay due to the case's higher surrounding edge, but the case itself has no scuffs or scratches. Amazing!
