Not only are the products amazing, but the support team at magbak is elite and they offer very good quality assurance modules to make sure that you get the best product you can.

So, last year I purchased a new phone cover, and unfortunately, it started to separate on the side! 😔 I reached out to the company, and they kindly asked for a photo of the damage. I'm hoping for a smooth resolution so I can get back to enjoying my phone without worry. 📱 It's always a bit disappointing when a new purchase doesn't quite hold up. Junk, cheap plastic. Did not last 6 months for the price.

It's my go to case when getting a phone. Magnetic back helps a lot. Use it on the daily basis on the job that I am in. Had a quality control but was resolved with out hesitation. Will continue to use this cases for future phones.

I don’t usually write reviews but magbak customer service definitely earned this one, so I had trouble with a case and the team was right on replacing it and no questions asked. 10/10 on a good product and a good customer service. It’s hard to find a good product and a good customer service nowadays! Great job!

I purchased two items from MagBak for my Samsung phone. One was the three and one charger, which I fell in love with immediately. So glad that somebody produced something for the Samsung phone, not just iPhone.
I also ordered the magnet wallet to stick to my phone with the non-MagBak case I currently have, but struggled a bit with it. And their response was to either let me return it, or send me a case to work with the wallet. I haven't received the case yet. So I don't know if it's going to fix the issue. But I do believe that is going above and beyond to make a customer happy and to prove that their products work.

I bought a Magbak Classic case, once it arrived the coating started to rub off within a couple days, I reached out to them seeing what they could do. They went above and beyond to make it right, they not only explained what was going on with it (known bad batch), but they offered to upgrade the case to their Elite case at no extra charge. The case was great!
Fast forward 11 months from that, the new case had an issue (after 11 months of fantastic protection) I reached out to them again with photos of what was going on, they again stood by their product and replaced it. Their commitment to customer service and product warranty has earned them a customer for life.
I can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered the rim protector case in 2024, and one of the pieces broke while a technician was rotating my tires. I reached out to the support team last week, and they were kind enough to send a replacement right away. Really appreciate the quick and helpful response!

Had an issue where a button fell out of my 17 pro case after 7 months. After reaching out with the details they responded the next day by noon, offering either a 5 button replacement set or a completely new case. No haggling, no inquisition, just solutions. It couldn’t have gone any better. Amazing product back by even better customer service, and that’s why I have been coming back year after year. Great job guys!

I originally had a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Toward the end of my ownership with the phone, I had been looking into the possibility of getting a magnetic case for my phone. After some searching and trying some weak and cheap cases, I found Magbak. When I got my Galaxy S25 Ultra, I purchased the first Magback case. It was amazing. The fact that I can magnetize my phone to any metal object is amazing, and I love how I can now use Magsafe style devices. After a few months of ownership, my case started seperating at the seams. I had reached out and asked if it was covered and to my surprise, it was. They covered it at no charge. Fast forward about a year, and my case started seperating again. Also, the clip that holds the top end of the finger loop also broke. I was not sure if my warranty was expired or extended, so I reached out again. Ready to just pay for a new one, I waited for an answer. The representative stated the warranty is only on the original purchased case, not on the replacement. However, the representative decided to replace my case at no cost as a good will gesture.

I do wish the cases were a bit better such as one piece constructions. However, my overall experience has been positive. The case is amazing and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this case for anyone, and if this new replacement decides to fall apart or if I get a new phone, I will be buying MagBak again.

Please make these cases better, and I'd also like to see cases for the Fold series, as that may be my next phone. Thanks for the service MagBak! You all are amazing!

I was a little skeptical about this product because of Tesla‘s poor chargers, but these guys have a great product makes sitting in the car using FaceTime so much easier than the stock chargers. The dual 60w adapter is awesome charges both phones super quick. This is something that Tesla should offer as OEM partner product every Tesla needs this

I received a defective case that had issues with my SPen. Support was very quick and kind. Sent me a new replacement with the issue fixed within days. Just got it in today and works great. All the features of the case are great from the magnets to the kick stand. Nice work magbak!

The product offered by this company is well thought out and made. I purchased a case for my galaxy S26 ultra and love the way it fits around the phone, adding a nice grip and feel, while keeping a small profile. It feels solid and well made. I wasn't sure if I'd use the built in finger loop but it's now become a favorite feature of this phone. The company seems to have put a lot of thought into the design of this case and it shows!

Customer service has been great, as I needed to see if I could get a replacement pinky rest cover because I accidentally damaged mine. They responded in an acceptable amount of time and are shipping me out a replacement!

Oh man where do I start? I couldn't be happier. I have been using MagBak since 2024 and whenever I change my phone, its always the first choice of case. I mean, if you own one of MagBak's cases, you'll never have to replace it with another case brand. Their cases are perfect like for daily use. Also, the customer service is spectacular! They take care of their customers really well. Thank you MagBak for protecting our phone.

I don't normally leave reviews, but my experience with this company has been really good so I feel inclined to this time.

Recently I ordered a MagBak case for my S26 ultra. Turns out, they accidentally sent me an old model that isn't compatible with the S-Pen. I emailed them about it, and they responded really quickly and said they would ship me another, no questions asked. I got my replacement a few days after that and it works great with the S-Pen. Usually my experience with customer support is a really negative one, but that wasn't the case with MagBak.

As for the case itself, it's almost perfect. I like the feel and the customizability. It also has a lot of features that no other cases have. My ONLY complaint is that the holes for the two smaller camera lenses aren't big enough to fit camera lens protectors. This wasn't a big problem though; I rolled up some sand paper and twisted it in the holes until they were wide enough for camera lens protectors. Other than that, this is the perfect case for me and by far the best one I've ever owned.
