Thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry this has been your experience. A 3–5 day estimate turning into five weeks is a long way from our usual service and that's not good enough. You're right to expect the lead times on our website to be reliable and on this occasion they clearly weren't.

Un-Professional Behaviour
The courier arrived at the destination and was explicitly told that he was not allowed to leave the pallet in the underground car park, which he agreed to. However, the driver left the pallet and when he was confronted by a young female collecting the goods he proceeded to be obstinate and waiving some form in front of her face. This was early morning in an underground car park with no-one else around....very intimidating. As yet, I've not been able to contact your customer services team.

We're very sorry this is the experience you've had. The driver was asked not to leave the pallet in the car park and agreed to that, so leaving it anyway was wrong. However, what concerns us most is the way your colleague was treated: no one should be made to feel intimidated, particularly alone and early in the morning. That is not acceptable, and it's not how anyone delivering on our behalf should conduct themselves.
We take this very seriously and will be raising it directly with the courier so the driver's behaviour is properly investigated.

Great service
Dropped in to get a few sturdy boxes but I didn’t realise that they really only sold bulk. The reception lady kindly asked the warehouse guys to find me a few. And they did - and gave them to me for free. How grateful is that!

Good prompt service
Since requiring pretty regular supplies of a specific size of corrugated paper, for I think 2 years now, the company has been prompt in sending these items to me. I require the rolls to be fully wrapped, and they have been delivered either plastic wrapped or, much more commonly, in a cardboard box -- so I am very happy with the company's service.
