Had a good experience to and from Auckland

Just make sure that tex messages sent regarding pick up times and pick up address are correct and written by someone who's first language is English.
The tex I received caused me a lot of distress and I had to make extra phone call to the person on duty to correct the address..... other wise I would have missed my trip.

Excellent service from p/up in rotorua to drop off at Auckland Airport. Will be using the shuttle again at the end of the month.

Alan was amazing and so patient with our group! He allowed us to stay at our activity much later than was originally planned and even took us over to the Mt after he was meant to drop us off at our last stop.
