On the 7th of August I have ordered couple of items from your website. Since I haven’t ordered any leather products, I assumed the shipment will be faster. However, except from a confirmation email, I haven’t gotten any other information about the shipment, which honestly makes me think that I will never get my order. I have also contacted the customer service 3 times and also via Instagram, but it’s just radio silence….
Could someone please reply to my emails? I would really appreciate it.

Ordered a Nomad Leather Journal on the 22nd of Jul 2026 and it has almost been over a month, with no answer or communication if it has been dispatched. I have written to their support 5 times (email + Instagram) with no answer.
Still I got charged directly and no item received. Wanted to give them benefit of doubt, but continues ghosting have given me a horrible experience with them and wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from them.

I wanted to write a very human review of this company and product. Like some others who have reviewed recently, I had no communication, no responses from time of order until dispatch (one month later). I think this is a business with some issues - it's not to be denied. However, I ordered a product, not a communication experience and the product (nomad in black and wallet in amber received today) is as high quality as I had expected. Let's be kind, there's likely something going on behind the scenes that we don't understand. In the end I got what I paid for and I am very happy. To Awlma, please take seriously the request to communicate along the way - from one human to another.

Veel te laat geleverd en nooit mail terug gekregen van het bedrijf zelf. Uiteindelijk heb ik het product binnengekregen maar veel te laat en als een bedrijf dan nog niet eens de moeite neemt om een mail terug te sturen vind ik dat naar mijn mening niet netjes.

Commande le 19 juillet , nous sommes le 1 er août aucune nouvelle ni suivi
2 mails sans réponse au sce client . Je suis furieuse de ma bêtise d’avoir commandé sans vérifier ce site ! Sur Trustpilot les avis positif sont systématiquement commentés … mais pas les avis négatifs ! Bizarre… ou pas 🤬

Ich bin mehr als unzufrieden !!!!!!
Das Innenleben dauerte 4 Wochen bis es geliefert wurde. Zudem musste ich mehrere Mails schreiben auf die nicht reagiert wurde !!!!! Ich muss wahrscheinlich rechtliche Schritte einleiten, da das Nomad Leder Tagebuch,welches am 24 Mai bestellt wurde immer noch nicht geliefert wurde !!!!!!!!!! Das Geld aber direkt abgebucht wurde!!!!! Auch hier keinerlei Reaktion auf mehrere Mails.
Höchst unzufrieden mit Service und generell der Lieferzeiten. Abgesehen davon dass das Buch nach über 2 Monaten noch nicht da ist !!!!!!

Scam. Negative reviews on the store’s Instagram page are being deleted. There is no communication whatsoever from customer support. It’s been 55 days since I placed my €150 order, and I have received zero information about its status.

Commande effectuée le 19 mai 2026. Aucune livraison le 9 juillet 2026. Aucune réponse de mes mails. Est-ce que j'ai perdu 150 euros ?

Terrible customer service.
Ordered the voyager and they didn't send the tag that's on the pictures, so I expressed my disappointment in an email and they told me they'd give me a free shipping code.

If with this code i would order something on the future they'd ship the tag with it. So I immediately ordered something else, I send an email that I ordered and also included in the notes of the new order about the tag.

Once the order finally arrived after waiting for over a month for it to be shipped, the tag wasn't there.

I followed up with customer service and they're ghosting me, I send them multiple follow up emails but no response.

I really like the products, but I can't endorse this company with such service and breaking promises.

J'ai passé commande le 18 mai 2026. Le montant est débité.
À ce jour, je n’ai reçu aucune confirmation d’expédition, ni information sur l’avancement de l’envoi, aucune précision sur la préparation de ma commande et aucun délai de livraison actualisé.
Par ailleurs, aucune réponse de la part du service client : ni par mail, ni Messenger, ni Insta... La communication devrait toujours être considérée comme majeure. Nous pourrions comprendre.
Je peux réviser mon avis si ma commande arrive et si le produit est de qualité.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

I placed an order with Awlma on June 15th for a journal. Their website stated that it would be ready to ship within 4 days, yet as of today I have received no order confirmation and no shipping update. The only thing I can see is a tracking number on Shopify, but there is no clear information about whether the order has actually been shipped.

To make matters worse, the email address listed on their website doesn’t even work. Every time I try to contact them, I receive a “Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups” error.

There appears to be no alternative way to reach customer support. I purchased this journal as a birthday gift for a friend who will soon be traveling for several months, so the delay is especially frustrating.

I genuinely regret this purchase. If I had known communication would be impossible, I would have ordered from a more reliable company. At this point, I can’t even cancel the order.

J’ai passé commande le 19 mai et j’attends toujours ma commande.
Quelle que soit la qualité des produits, il est important de connaître les délais de fabrication et de livraison. Le service client est malheureusement très peu réactif.
Après réception de ma commande, je réviserai mon avis.

Magnifique produit et excellent service

Es hat zwar ein wenig mit der Lieferung gedauert - aber das Warten hat sich wie das Warten auf eine schöne Frau wirklich gelohnt, denn das Produkt ist fantastisch. Ich kann die Schreibmappe "Nomad" nur weiterempfehlen.

Nach Bestellung keine Reaktion mehr. Sehr lange Wartezeit bis Versand (über 1 Monat obwohl sofort versandfähig angezeigt)

I placed my order on May 2nd because the website stated shipping would take 4–5 days. As of today, I still haven’t received my order or a clear delivery estimate.

About 10 days ago, I contacted customer service and was told the order was in the “final stage” and would be shipped as soon as possible. Since then, there have been no meaningful updates and the shipping status still shows the same processing message.

On their websites al the reviews have 5 stars, so they look very reliable. After checking Trustpilot, I also noticed multiple recent reviews describing the same issue.

The company clearly invested heavily in branding and customer acquisition, but the operational side of the business does not seem able to consistently support the expectations that are being created.

Delays can happen, but the lack of transparency and realistic communication is disappointing, especially when customers have already paid and have no idea when to expect their order.
If it’s happens with one person it’s an accident, but 15% of the people who wrote a review experiences this, and that’s alarming.

Ich habe mich so gefreut. Eine wirklich feine Lederarbeit. Hübsch verpackt und wirklich auch ein Handschmeichler.
