Friendly, helpful staff but very hard ride!
Your staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Great value for money.
The ride was very bumpy in our bus! I sat over the rear axle and felt every bump and dip in the roads, which jarred up through the seat. Perhaps the weight of luggage on the suspension?
Other experiences of transfers with trailers for luggage, was far better.
Would have liked a much softer suspension experience, was happy to get out at the end.

Great customer service again from both drivers who took us from Tauranga to Cambridge then to Auckland.

Efficient and helpful with regard to uploading and off loading luggage
Pick up on time as scheduled, hence arrival time at airport as anticipated
Disappointed that this service does not collect customers from Auckland Airports to return them to there destinations after 8:00pm of an evening
