Shuttle was on time and clean. My daughter forgot something and the driver turned around and collected it. Luckily they'd only been gone a few minutes. The price was cheaper than the plane from Tauranga and booking was simple.

Great company, customer service was very reactive. The shuttle was on time, polite, and brought me to the airport perfectly on time !

Arrived at Auckland Airport from Bangkok earlier than expected. Was able to swap seat and get lift on shuttle about to leave rather than waiting 2 hours for next shuttle.

Pick -up -time and drop-off time were pretty much on time. When booking the pickup resrevation, there was some issues involved. There were two bookings for the same reservation, but letter corrected it.

Such a great service. Picked me up from my hotel and dropped me near my destination! Had an issue with the first vehicle but swapped over quickly it was seamless and a great experience

Always arrives on time. Very friendly drivers even at 3am, the van is always spotless.

Uncomfortable cramped poor leg room ,never has been Luxury ! and now overpriced with poor drop off options no longer pick up or drop off at address ,.on SH2as travelling different route will do my very best to avoid in future, The driver I did not feel,was that great as wandered a bit ,becomes very expensive if you live north of Bethlehem on.SH2 Would advise avoid,So get the Bus ,Boring slow ,or fly to Tauranga

We recently used the luxury airport shuttle from Auckland Airport to Tauranga, travelling with my wife and our 5-month-old daughter, and the experience was outstanding.
